I would only change one thing about this card. I would give it hexproof as long as it has slumber counters on it, and give it the ability to put a slumber counter back on it in order to protect itself.

As long as () has a slumber counter on it, it is a land and has hexproof.

    2: put a slumber counter on ()

I would like to humbly submit a different general. 3UGBMuldrotha, the gravetide The benefits, are simple build the deck the same way, gain access to blue. Your instants and sorceries are still one time use, but the ability to recur just about anything every single turn makes your opponents single target non-exile removal nearly useless, and mass non-exile removal a recoverable situation.

Another card that i have always found wonderful in just about any creature heavy deck is Asceticism This makes removing your creatures a pain for your opponents, hexproof + 1G:Regenerate target creature is brutal.

i personally love edh, i make a ton of edh decks and well once i get mine tuned to a point where my playgroup goes, oh your playing that well your dead first. so i enjoy nin because she is very subtle she can turn someone into an ally, or into a puppet politically, also if you use the broken sphinx that lets you draw when they draw well its awesome.
what do you think of everflowing chalice

If your still working on this deck or for anyone who is thinking of building one here are some great cards
    Stuffy Doll
    Words of War
    Quest for the Pure Flame
    Curse of Bloodletting
now on paper they dont look that great in the deck but i found that words of war is a great removal engine when combined with nin's ability used on a creature you control, i was particularly surprised by the effectiveness of it with stuffy doll out. in one game i dropped quest for the pure flame one turn, then i used used nin on stuffy doll to deal damage to my opponent, instead of drawing cards i used words of war to hurt him even more, i passed turn and on his end step tapped stuffy doll to get the final counter on quest for the pure flame, now my next turn i use nin on stuffy dollfor 6 after i sac the quest for the pure flame, that six became twelve and that twelve became 24 to his face for a turn 7 win.
now that was an exceptional game having all three of those cards but i found it makes them more than worthy of being in the deck

sorry i should have explained mine better, see me and a few of my friends get together and play every week and whats played with doesn't really matter because we dont play for anything more than enjoyment, but we tend to play with alot of whats in standard with older cards mixed in to make it interesting

im not sure on how to format this so its all linky but here is what im running and it did very well
    Non-Creature Utility

Ancient Stirrings x4 (allows you to search for a land or lmc in your top 5 cards)

Liquimetal Coating x4 (turns things into artifacts to be blown up)

Molten Psyche x3 (allows for card draw and for damage if you have 3 artifacts)

Mycosynth Lattice x1 (makes everything a target for any destroy spell)

Primal Command x1 (allows a graveyard shuffle, and grabbing a beat stick)

Recollect x2 (grabs something out of your graveyard typically a destroyed lmc or a destroy spell or creature)

    Viridian Revel x3 (card draw)

    Creature Utility
Molder Beast x4 (it has synergy with destroying stuff)

Rust Tick x4 (allows for locking down things as you wait for a destroy spell late game)

    Non-Creature Destroy Spells

Ancient Grudge x4 (destroys and artifact instant speed with flash back for G)

Creeping Mold x2 (destruction possible cut for other destroy spells)

Deconstruct x1 (destroys and adds GGG to your mana pool good for filtering into red)

Echoing Ruin x1 (in worst case it acts like a slow shatter in best case with a couple lmc or a mycosynth lattice you can lay down the hurt in the form of massive land destruction or tolken removal)

Naturalize x4 (your standard and reliable)

Nature's Claim x4 (cheep good for when you only have one mana)

    Creature Destroy Spells
Acidic Slimex2 (nice creature with death touch that has a great etb ability

Hoard-Smelter Dragon x1 (repeatable arti destruction on a beat stick)

Oxidda Scrapmelter x2 (beat stick with arti destro for a good price)

    lands

    Forest x9

Highland Weald x2 (taps for either color i could need)

    Mountain x8

i built my own version of this deck to run with some friends, today it went 3-0 in 1v1 and 4-1 in 1v1v1v1v1, it managed to tear apart most of my friends decks i never went up against a tolken deck so i dont know how it would handle that but it managed to hold out against mill very effectively its not running standard but some cards that i found were fun for a more casual enviroment were
echoing ruin, ancient grudge and mycosynthe latice

there is a big difference between my deck and yours i run a bunch of dragons so i have a varriety of ways to use braid of fire it also has amazing synergy with rift elemental for getting things out of suspend faster, if you would like i will post my deck list for you. there is a second benifit to braid of fire that is easy to miss, it allows you to suspend things during your upkeep leaving your mana untapped and while generally its better to suspend things during the opponents end step, the option to suspend many things during your upkeep and keeping your land mana open for suspending things during their turn as well can create some very interesting and scary results
an other good card is Gush never under estimate card draw,
detritivore is a great card with jhoira if your running more artifact mana than non basic mana, i have had games where i suspend it and destroy 4 nonbasics but for your deck i would only recommend it if you cut back your non basic lands a bit

    Quote from Ubershaum
Yeah, I've actually updated the list (not on the website) and included strobe. Randomly discovered it and the repeatable bounce is pretty solid!

I've ended up deconstructing this for the time being because...well....in 1v1 it's just not optimal and in group settings it often became "frantically search for counterspells and sit on Jhoira to do anything" while someone else wins with a random combo because everyone is too busy focusing on what I might be able to do. Very unfun for everyone. X v 1 isn't what EDH is about.

something i found is very effective is mixing braid of fire, lets you use jhoira's ability during your upkeep while keeping your normal mana open for other spells
i suggest making room for card draw in the deck it makes things work alot smoother Gush is pretty much amazing as is izzet chronarch in my version of the deck i have refined it so i hold big threats off for diplomatic reasons i just show them what i have and make sure they understand the repercussions of the resulting problems

i personally like to suspend Reality Strobe and use it to bounce things back to my hand for effects that trigger on comes into play or casting, in one of the iterations had grip of chaos and hivemind

my count is currently over by 3 cards
but in play tests it has proven to be quite effective at causing chaos in a multiplayer game and in one playtest it managed to drop both decree's and am emrakel on turn 5 with 3 more bombs in the following turn, it managed to kill all the other players before they could get enough mana to cast a spell (no hand no lands no artifacts and the next three spells countered really makes it hard to cast a spell) there is also a theme of this deck around time, i am trying to come up with a name for the deck, right now im using Jhoira's Apocalyptic Decree but im thinking of calling it Jhoira's time machine due to the large amount of cards that reference time in some way. over all i like the idea of the deck but any help with fine tuning it and
cutting cards would be most appreciated

Something i would consider is Braid of fire it has amazing synergy with jhoira, paradox haze and rift elemental a personal favorite in my jhoira edh is dropping a rift elemental turn one and then braid of fire on turn two jhoira turn three and then suspending something during your upkeep of turn 4 followed by spending your mana how you want (suspending something else or speeding up what you suspended)
