They will probably always have equips in every set or block and there is no way they will ever run out of ideas for the keyword. #2 Banding should have been #1. That and also the only blue creature to ever mention protection from black actually removed protection from black. So not only is it unprecedented but it goes against every other creature.

It's a bit wordy, but should effectively do what you want. I don't want to call the card too strong as it's really not, but maybe too good? Even that is a bit of a push. Let's say it like this... It looks like it is good at what it does, but that thing that it does isn't that great. Lol
I almost removed flash because that does kinda push it over the edge then I realized the significance.

The land actually seems balanced. While the trigger is really good you made it cost really well. Probably spot on.

Aspiringspike founded these interactions. Had a good deck built around it. I believe multiple 4-1s. Didn't do the LD package though. But still seems worth mentioning.
