One thing you probably expect is that your deck is actually very easy to shut down in a multiplayer format. It is your deck, and you may love to play it your way. I understand this. However, your deck will be more stable with additional control. I have no other problems with how you've built your deck. It looks great. And it looks incredibly fast. You should realize that when you list your deck on here, you're going to get other players input. That is one of the main purposes of posting a deck list in a forum. Otherwise you could just be showing off your deck, including the incredible price of the cards you've acquired. When you ask for suggestions, you should expect some from every play group. Your reaction makes me almost afraid to post any such offerings.
Kaio-ken Goku would wipe Superman's little baby face all over the floor, with a kryptonight kaio-ken fused mega-ultra-radiating sensu bean swallowed. Regardless of said meal, he could easily destroy Superman. My scouter clearly shows Superman at a nearly 500,000 pl. Goku's a real man, and shows what the letter S truly stands for.
The main purpose of this deck is to sustain board advantage. Doing this allows for supreme control against any deck, but best against aggro based decks. I through in a bit more control than I'd originally preferred. Doing this allowed me to live through some combo-oriented decks, and the pan out with the killing. This deck does best in 1v1 situations, but the more I play it I'm seeing equal advantage with multiplayer.
You should run Teysa in this deck format, if you enjoy board advantage with game control. The deck also contains some fun combos to set off, if things get too sketchy. This balance of board advantage and control allows sustainability and aggression in the full package of EDH.
From what I can see, your mana base is much too low. You'll probably pull one or maybe two lands on opening hand. That's really bad, unless you use partial paris in your playgroup.
Anyway...I've had this deck for quite some time, just didn't feel like posting it yet. Ha! After looking through most Uril comps, it seems to share some but with my spice in the mix. Hope you guys like what you see. Let me know, if there are any tips and such.
EDH Type: Competitive (Although I enjoy casual all the same). EDH VS: Multiplayer-Focused. Goal of Deck: Destroy quickly, or get back effortlessly.
Some details about the deck: Let's just face it, Uril is a beast. However uneasy he may seam to be, he is very simple to take care of. Thus why I needed to rework my original Uril EDH. My current playgroup enjoys multiplayer-based games. I of course love this too. Makes the game very fun and gritty. Nonetheless, Uril is very easy to shut down in multiplayer. This requires many amounts of utility, in order to survive or beat face quickly. If you're into dominating the game very quickly or maybe just playing a great two headed giant-based EDH, I would undoubtedly use this style of play. Uril is a very amazing commander. But...There are more reliable ones. If you enjoy playing the pentagon format of multiplayer, Uril can be very exciting too.
While there is an extremely good case here (I want to be clear, purposely encouraging pirating should be illegal), the indictment has some areas I am concerned with - mainly trying to push a business model of short-term file hosting itself as something wrong. I hate the continued push to say "just because copyright material can be distributed on this website the website is doing wrong", but that's digital copyright laws for you.
Letting you know real quick. Also not saying you don't know. Anyway...Copyright laws are only implemented if you are earning some sort of tangible income out of said copyrighted material. Merely posting/hosting/storing a piece of copyrighted material has never been illegal. Discussing some sort of copyrighted material is also not illegal. The only time it is a problem, (When not making some sort of income profit from it) is if you are writing an essay or blog and don't site your source. And a source only legally needs to be cited if you're gaining an income based profit from it. Do you see the trend? lol
His color identity is black (he can only be played in black decks), so we'll be able to use black cards if he is allowed as a general.
I sincerely doubt he will be, though, as Budoka Gardener and co. can't be generals, and allowing Elbrus would require huge changes to the overall system.
I'm still irritated by RC's stance on color identity in flip cards; for deck building purposes, cards are only known by their front side, yet somehow the game knows the colors of the back side? Maybe I'm still a little sore that Garruk isnt allowed in my mono green deck, but I think Erabus wants to be in Godo as well.
I see nowhere on the commander website, that says Budoka Gardener can't be used as a general. I only see Erayo, Soratami Ascendant as being banned. And that's vastly due to it's speedy over bearing control.
Edit: Ah...That's because it wouldn't enter the field as said commander. So stupid....
If we can't use Genju of the Realm and the non-legendary when unflipped guys from kamigawa then the blade will probably never be allowed to be a commander. Dunno why people think it will.
That's because Genju of the Realm doesn't state it being a creature spell at all...
I'm reading some conflicting explanations here: Withengar doesn't have to be the one to kill the player or you the one to kill the player for the the counters to go on, right? From what I can tell "whenever a player loses the game" his ability activates. So you can just sit there and if another player were to lose the game he would get the counters, regardless of your input in the game.
You would be correct. That is what his ability states. People are just really bad at interpretation. But they might be blinding themselves with his massive power.
I just made this one about five minutes ago. First time and really just messing.

As for some ideas for the deck, you are running white!!! I'd rock Stuffy Doll with Guilty Conscience for gg or defense. If you add enlightened tutor and idyllic tutor, you'll have a great chance of getting that combo.
