Terrible Commander, decent creature. You would never run him as a commander cause there are better options that do the same thing but he's alright as a 99. Personally I prefer Rites of Flourishing.
There is literally no existing UG commander that really cares about lands. Repeatable CA on a commander is no joke, and he is never a bad option to partner with (best colors, ramps, draws, is a mana outlet).
One must wonder why the artifact deck gets the goat herder
Looks to me like the mythic enemy pair is not heavily mechanically linked to the deck it is in, but the rare one is. Probably for more mix and match variety between decks.
Well this is most likely going in my turboland EDH deck, which is sadly lacking in board wipes at the moment.
Why? This thing seems pretty pointless.
Because I usually only have lands in play, and stick relevant in my graveyard. Also I have issues with overwhelming board states, and tend to produce more mana than I can use in a turn.
Also, what do you guys think about Bonfire of the Damned in the side vs GBx? It domes them for huge amounts and wipes their board with 6 lands. I'm thinking that most of the time when you hit late game you're basically hoping to topdeck something good anyways, and Bonfire is probably the best thing you can topdeck late game. Not to mention it still clears Souls Tokens for 3 and can dome them in a pinch.
There is nothing in modern that can set up miracles consistently enough for them to be worth relying on. If you are happy to cast it for the XX cost, the go ahead and play it, but that seems rather unlikely.
Well, Dross Hopper is a bear that could benefit from being run in a token strategy, Echoing Decay is good against tokens, and Emissary of Despair is a solid limited creature which a) fits BW spirits and b) is good against artifacts, so those would seem to make sense. No real way of telling though.
Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas has to count as the second blue mythic. I won't be surprised if Ajani Vengeant shows up also as the second red mythic (monored has hardly any relevant mythics).
It's interesting also to note that the only mythic so far that has not seen play in tier 1 or 2 modern is Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, A card that is worth a lot, needed for flavor with key reprints (Artisan of Kozilek, Inquisition of Kozilek...) and that has the potential to see play as arguably as playable as the two other titans.
With that in mind I think Tezzeret, Linvala and Ajani are the missing 3.
I'd agree on Tezzeret and Ajani (assuming 3 walkers), but am still skeptical on Linvala. Seems odd that they would put two mythic angels in MM with FTV:Angels on the horizon.

Knowing what we have today, the filter-land cycle is out at least as far as the full ten go. The Vivid lands could fit but then the 3 Urza-Tron lands couldn't fit. Grove of the Burnwillows and Horizon Canopy are still possibilities of course. 1-2 more lands and this cycle should be mappable.
EDIT: The land between Eldrazi Temple and Eye of Ugin should be one of the following:
I'm going to guess Urza-Tron lands won't be in the set, seems unlikely we will have 5 colorless lands in a set that appears to have something of a 5-color theme going on. Also willing to bet that Eldrazi Temple is intended to be the main ramp land for that archetype as opposed to the tron lands.

Also it is funny with Avenger of Zendikar.

Mythic reds worth some amount of money (but nothing like the other mythics):
Urabrask the Hidden
Kargan Dragonlord (seems unlikely what with level up)
Dragonmaster Outcast
Koth of the Hammer
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker (unlikely with twin being in)
Warren Instigator
I wouldn't put it past them to upshift Blood Moon either.
And if they just feel like trolling us they could always do Inferno Titan or Hero of Oxid Ridge...

Well then, that is some new templating.
