this may come off a bit bias because I don't really like Planeswalker but I think there could be too many of the damn things.
in a way they're kinda like Legendary Creatures because they fit into the story.
I think I'd rather see the same planeswalker reprinted in different versions because its easier to follow the story
I've barely gotten this, probably because I went like 5 months without playing but I would probably find it annoying as well, because I find it annoying when people try and act all "big and tough" over the internet and try and belittle people because people can't figure out who they really are and they're protected by their computer
as said before, you can play for fun without spending money and there is casual rooms.
I only play in casual and spend hardly any money on it and I do okay, sure I could do a bit better if I spent more money but meh, its good to be able to play whenever you want without having to move much
screenname-motleyslayer
amount of time played-went a while without playing but started playing again over the past few days
format played-mostly standard (that's really all I have the cards for on there)
study, finals in my school start Monday and I have my first final on Tuesday and my second final on Wednesday.
it sucks that I'll still be doing exams when the new set comes out
depends for me.
I went a while without playing but I've been spending more money ever since Magic 2010 came out.
I'd say I spend maybe only $300 last year for a box and Magic Online set up and booster packs and what not.
so far this year, I've bought a booster box, 1 tournament, maybe 3 boosters and new sleeves and boxes, so around $200, I'm probably gonna spend more money this year since I'm more into it again
I'd say I'm kind of nerdy. I play video games and Magic (of course, that's why I'm here) but I'm not really majoring in a typical nerd major (criminology if anyone cares)
other than the fact that I play video games and Magic, I'd say I'm pretty normal,
here's the non-nerdy stuff about me:
I'm kinda concerned with looks.
I spend more money on alcohol and clothes than Magic and probably more than video games
I work out a fair bit and have a fair amount of friends who aren't nerds.
not very good at math (that's why I'm a criminology major)
I feel like Jace, The mind sculptor is going to have fun bouncing all these levelers. They are better than I thought though. At first they seem like crap, but the ability to be played early game and also be a late game threat should not be underestimated.
Jace could be fun to use to bounce them, they could be deadly though if u let them stay around too much
I can guarantee that Emrakul will see play. Seriously, does anyone here play extended? Hypergenesis should make quick use of the card. It's like an angel of despair and a progenitus on the same card with the combined power and toughness of both.
Polymorph should be fairly obvious as well.
Warp World is a maybe, but It might still have better options.
Don't ask me about legacy, but there's probably a way to get him out quick in there too.
Other than that I can't see any realistically good applications of the cards.
yeah, cards like polymorph are the some of the only ways I can see them being played.
but they are too expensive too be played in an average length game
Bolt is great, I'm glad it's getting reprinted again. I disagree that Giant Growth is too weak, it's not as good as Bolt, Ritual, or Recall, but it's still a solid surprise card. Healing Salve is definitely the unfortunate member of the bunch.
I agree, Giant Growth is still a great surprise card. Bolt is probably the most surprising when your opponent suddenly decides to kill the creature u just played
I like to watch ROH and old WWF/E, WCW and ECW stuff on youtube. Old NWA and AWA stuff is okay as well
I can't stand what Hogan and Bischoff are doing with TNA.
WWE seems too directed towards little kids for me
It still doesn't make sence to me though. I personally feel like RoE was an epic fail of a set, and im not gunna be buy any of it. It got rid of land fall and allies which were two really cool new types of decks. Then replaced them with "oh wow a giant flying ameaba thing?!" I hate it. 90% of RoE is creature based too, which is just duuumb
I kinda thought the same thing about ROE when I first looked at the set but I'm gonna see how popular it gets at local tournaments.
I might buy a fat pack to see if I'll end up using some of the cards, I think some of them look cool
in a way they're kinda like Legendary Creatures because they fit into the story.

lucky, I wish I didn't have finals so i could get really drunk
