Ultra Pro makes faux leather deck boxes with the mana symbols on them. They're like 10 bucks a pop or so, but they last forever. I've had mine for about 4 years and its been rolling around loose in my backpack hitting other things such as tools.
That moment when they created an entire world, designed countless cards, and spent months vigorously testing limited and standard just to be able to make the joke...
Its really great, but I think it really only shines when in Tinker decks or storm-style combo decks because of the fast mana. That being said, you can actually die to crypt. I was in a tournament once playing Bant aggro while he was on Lotus Cobra Storm. He fizzled and just died to crypt while I Jace'd him every turn.
Legacy doesn't have a PTQ season. Having top and fetches in modern dramatically increases the time needed at PTQs. No one goes to SCG Legacy Open because they want to be on the pro tour. It's banned in modern from a logistical standpoint as well as what was stated earlier in that the format's banning philosophies are totally different.
Surprised that Dredge has not been mentioned at all. Its kind of a cluster**** of things that exist in magic that somehow work exceedingly well together but it really doesn't play magic.
EDIT : That wifi thing was at first a joke, but now i'm serious lol. put a wifi chip into it, program firefox onto the software, and you got something. great tool for looking up unsure rules, card prices, etc.
How is Voice of Resurgence mythic? This should be a rare at most. Why would you ever put a hoser at mythic? I think WotC is trying to milk the newbies who don't like playing against counter decks with this one... I mean it might break limited at rare but that would be the only reason to justify the rarity.
Definitely ponder. This comes up in pauper where you have your choice between every draw spell ever printed. I tend to go with something along the lines of 4 preordain, 3 ponder, zero brainstorm.
Without fetches, ponder/preordain are a lot more powerful.
Totally forgot about Preordain. They should be playing that. ponder digs deeper, but preordain gives you better selection.
If they're not playing fetches, then they probably aren't playing Force of Will, which means they can't Brainstorm into free countermagic. Also, they screw their draws for the next two turns. If you aren't playing fetches, ponder is the way better card.
Is experiment one even worth a slot? It seems like he is just an awful draw after turn 1 and is pretty much A dead card on turn 3 or after a board wipe
Then it would probably be illegal in tournaments
