In the above discussion, 8<><> is not the same as 10. Forests produce G, they cannot produce <>. Llanowar Wastes can produce G, or B, or <>, if this is what Wizards intends. Kozilek's Converted Mana Cost would be 10, two of which could not have any colored mana component.
I can't understand how spending the day with mates, playing Magic against competent players, could ever be considered 'wasting your day'. If the only goal is obtaining cash, perhaps a side job might be better?

The card does something not done before, which is a nice creative process. It aids with deck design. Growth and expansion in new directions is what this game has always been about. Try to remember that.

Hope of Ghirapur may be a SB option to delay control decks and preventing that Settle the Wreckage from ruining your alpha strike.
