I was wondering this myself and I think that it will go infinite, since a mutated creature only has the creature types of the topmost card.
702.139e A mutated permanent has all abilities of each card and token that represents it. Its other characteristics are derived from the topmost card or token.
Edit- I just realized that mutating onto Wildwood Scourge and then casting another isn’t the same as casting it with Enduring Scalelord on the battlefield. Its triggered ability is missing the “may” that scalelord has. This means having a mutated scourge on the battlefield and then casting a 2nd scourge ends the game in a draw since the player cannot stop both cards from infinitely triggering eachother unless they have a removal spell, sac outlet or stifle effect.

There are plenty of passionate and skilled people who frequent this site who may be willing to offer you assistance in getting a new site on its feet.
It would be a tragedy to lose content/fail to get all of us a new home just because the workload was insurmountable for too few people. There are those who are willing to help if you ask us.
I don't have skill in coding/comp sci but I have dollar bills that can help. If there is funding needed for the creation of a new home for us, I would gladly pitch in to guarantee that reality.
Thank you for your work on this site -

user_938036 posted a message on Support the winnerThe main problem with this card is exchanging control of libraries. Players don't 'control' their libraries(or their graveyards or cards in hand), so you can't exchange control here. Even if this was possible it would immediately cause problems because any bounce would return the card to its owners hand not the person who 'control's' the library it came from. Also the cards you cast would go into your opponent's graveyard, because, once again they go to their owners graveyard. If you want this type of effect you would need a permanent version of minds slaver rather than all of these changes to try and mimic the effect, then add an effect where if either player wins or loses the other player does instead.Posted in: Custom Card Creation

Split Second
Gain control of target player, that player gains control of you. Until the end of the game if that player would win or lose the game, instead you win or lose the game; if you would win or lose the game that player wins or loses the game instead.
There accomplishes exactly what you want(except you're playing with most hidden information revealed) and works within the rules. -

saneatali posted a message on Support the winnerOh, I totally glossed over the exchanging libraries part. You can't actually do that, its explicitly impossible. You would need to rewrite core elements of the game's rules to accomplish that, the consequences are unforeseeable.Posted in: Custom Card Creation -

I think the split second is unnecessary and excessive. If a player drops their life to 0 in response to the spell, they would lose the game before the spell resolves anyway. The split second prevents any interaction with it, which gives the caster an unreasonably large advantage. Just set yourself up to sacrifice all of your permanents, or set yourself up with some unavoidable downside permanents before casting it and your opponent is totally unable to do anything about it. -

Sorcery
Split second
You and target opponent shuffle your hands and graveyards into your libraries. You and that opponent exchange control of all permanents, life totals, and libraries each controls. You and that opponent each draw seven cards. Exile Support the Winner. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

1) They made it look that it was more about the cross-IP than the mechanically unique cards.
2) then they started to say that - Nexus aside - those cards are ok.
3) And there wasn't ANY kind of apologies, even in the ways of "We're sorry about the way we communicate this, but we're doing it anyway", which would be already terrible.

And now, Aaron is basically confirming what The Magic Historian said. What a terrible damage control.

They managed to do that with the Secret Lair, instead. That's one good Monday for Wizards.

Also the lands part make the spoiler about double faced lands sound more true.
