ok so i am going to add in the Diamond's so that way i can get the mana a turn quicker, but would it still be wise to run the 3 signets or just swap out the signets for the diamonds all together
The cards I don't like in this deck, and suspect they aren't pulling their full weight for you are: arbiter, tariel, akroma, reya, oros, mortify. diabolic tutor should be gamble or increasing ambition; probably gamble though since the one mana universal tutour will be stronger than the late game power tutour (five is a lot to tutour once, and eight is asking a lot for a deck without big mana capabilities).
With so many high cmc enchantments, Academy Rector may be a reasonable inclusion. And to go with Rector, Havoc Festival is always fun and bomby to throw down when someone wraths your Rector.
Three cmc rocks are bad in Kaalia because they don't help you accelerate any faster into her (still t4). The MIR Diamonds are generally superior to to those. As well, Talisman of Indulgence is a fantastic rock, fixing two of your colours and coming down untapped. Jeweled Amulet is a favoured "mana battery-rock" of mine as well, though admittedly I only play Amulet in 1v1, but it's worth noting because it's the only rock that lets you play t2 hall of the bandit lord and hasty Kaalia on t3.
I don't like planeswalkers in multiplayer because Kaalia decks tend to be lacking in defense, and it's thus even harder to protect them when this commander illicits such groans from a table. If you must, consider Liliana of the Veil and Ajani Vengeant instead of the six mana Sorin.
Kaalia hates taplands. Avoid them at all costs if possible. Bouncelands are even worse. I see two fetchlands so I will assume you're in the process of acquiring the other seven (or at least the other four, for a total of six fetchlands like I have adjusted to in my own Primer).
Lastly, for more advice, check out my Primer (link in sig) for more Kaalia advice, we have a fairly large community over there and are always helping each other out, as well check out Eriol's Kaalia thread in these multiplayer forums as he is more focused in multiplayer, while I am more specialized in 1v1 play. you are partially right on how my creatures play for me, i love when Angelic Arbiter hits the play field. people i play with try to tend to deal with him as quickly as possible. Reya Dawnbringer i use her to bring back creatures and when she sticks its great having her around but i honestly wouldnt mind cutting her for something with a cheaper cmc to bring back from the graveyard or just stick with Debtors' Knell and add another creature or spells.
For Tariel, Reckoner of Souls he is just lack luster. im not a huge fan of him only reason he is in there because he came with the deck and i like the random graveyard effect. Oros, the Avenger i have him in there since he come with the deck but truthfully i never have had a chance to use him. when i tutor hes not on my mind. so i could cut him for something. mortify was just in there for another spot removal since i play in a creature heavy play group. but i do have other spot removals and mass removal so cutting one wouldnt hurt too bad.
As far as diabolic tutor goes, i know its a high cmc just to tutor something up but im not a huge fan of gamble because of the random discard ability.
i am in the process of trying to pick up a Academy Rector so i can have another tutor for artifacts and i think i will have to find a way to get Havoc Festival in my 100. this seems too good not to run.
As far as planeswalkers go i love having Sorin Markov, i can just tutor for him and drop him and cut someone down to 10 life real quick. he has honestly won me almost every game i get him out/

You may want to consider a Sunforger package with Red/White Instants. I find having access to these is quite handy in a multi-player game. I have used Sunforger into Ghostway more than once to laugh in the face of an opponents wrath effect.
i actually just took out Sunforger and i picked up Ghostway some time back i just never used this combo but i do like the way it sounds.
i have been working on getting a Wheel of Fortune because i get to a point where i am always on the draw and it just gets to be annoying at that point.
i also have been wanting to add Blinding Angel for sometime now but as far as Whispersilk Cloak i run Lightning Greaves so much better because its 2cmc and its free to equip and same abilities. so ill stick with the Greaves over the Cloak.
I have also been looking to add Legion’s Initiative and Master of Cruelties since DM was spoiled. i think both this cards can make an impact on this deck with the addition.
I see lots of etb effects and no kikki-jikki. I think you should change that. Not to mention he goes infinite with zealous conscripts, which you're already running

since Dragon's Maze got spoiled ive been thinking about Ral Zarek. i really love his +1 and his -2. his ultimate is ok but i will mainly want him or his first 2 abilities.
Hi, as a fellow wanderer player these cards have served me well Cyclonic Rift - This card can end games literally
Deadeye navigator - Very good in a deck which plays with a lot of ETB (enter the battlefield effects) Example : DeadEye Navigator souldbound with Venser,shaper servant.
Tezzeret, the seeker - able to tutor mana crypt, sol ring, sensei divining top , swords of x n y, etc etc ...and can untap two artifacts as well
Imperial recruiter - can fetch most of yout utility creatures ex- Eternal witness, Kiki-jiki, Venser, etc etc
Prime Speaker Zegana - insane draw power, works well with deadeye and can be fetched by imperial recruiter.
Blasphemous act - one of the few board wipes found in this colour, another option would be the tribal spell- All is dust
Momentous fall - Life gain and card draw for only 4 mana
but at the end of the day, my best advice would to build the deck more suited to your play style.

Im also thinking of adding Mana Vault, Avenger of Zendikar, Steel Hellkite, Sylvan Primordial, Craterhoof Behemoth. i was also thinking of adding ramping but not sure what would work good with this deck type for ramp i was thinking Mana Reflection, Cultivate, Explore, Farseek, Kodama's Reach or Skyshroud Claim
That is such a sick combo, that will be added. Also thinking about it would Rite of Replication work into this combo as well?
