Oblivion Ring over Journey to Nowhere because O-Ring is more versatile and is much better than Kor Sanctifiers (I would rather put a different creature card). However, I rather play Journey to Nowhere over Path to Exile because I hate giving opponents land, unless you path your own creature.
Repel the Darkness seems like a better card than Survival Cache since life gain isn't your priority, and tapping your opponent's creature seems better in this deck.
Well, $5 a piece is quite a lot for me. Heck, Iona, Admonition Angel, and Day of Judgment is quite expensive for me. This deck would cost about $65 (an estimation) at most.
Soul Wardens are nice because they help me increase life for Felidar Sovereign, and with Emeria Angel (and opponent's monsters), I can increase life quite quickly. Life gaining is never a bad thing lol.
Whispersilk Cloak is mainly there for shroud, for Emeria Angel, Wall of Reverence, or Felidar Sovereign(unblockable).
I also considered Brave the Elements and was torned between that card and Whispersilk Cloak.
For the extra Guardian Seraph, should I replace it for Felidar Sovereign or Battlegrace Angel?
Honor of the Pure is more aggro, and I don't think I really need a boost on my lower creatures. Instead of powering up my creatures, I want to remove opponent's creatures, or prevent them instead, since I could be outrun by tokens or hit hard by aggro. However, other cards besides tokens, aggro, and deathtouch can't really hurt me. I need cards to prevent those.
I like making different types of decks, especially annoying ones. Looked at other shroud theme decks and decided to make it bant. I like more of a control feel, but I also would like to put in Empyrial Archangel and Bant Charm. I'm on a budget. Advice and suggestions are good.
Maybe Bant Charm > Path to Exile? I don't like the idea of giving a land to opponent, and Bant Charm is much more versatile. If you're looking for control, instead of Rampaging Baloth or Avenger of Zendikar, Iona is a better choice (but then again, more difficult to summon...).
Still don't know if this deck is consistent enough, but it looks like it will be fun. I still have a problem for which cards to take out and/or cards to put in. Any more ideas to make this deck better?
I came up with this idea, and might think it will be fun. Having hard time to decide which higher mana creatures to put in and land. budget please, not willing to spend lots for this deck. Main idea of this deck is to tap opponent's cards.
I'm thinking about dropping red, which loses maelstrom angels, naya charms and terminate, to make the deck more consistent, but I don't know. Any suggestions to make this deck better?

Whispersilk Cloak could be used as a sideboard to protect against white removal for your World Queller or Emeria Angel. Instead of Sunspring Expeditions, put in Luminarch Ascensions.

If you want to stall more, Wall of Reverence is a good card. Lastly, you should put Iona, Shield of Emeria as an alternate win-con.
