Um. I posted a serious card and it was erased, but these joke replies remain?
wtf?

Also these "joke replies" are just holders for later so it's easier to find our judgings.

On that note, I add to the collection of judgling holders.

Yup, to me it seemed you had done the most complete job, flavor/cost/rarity/polish. That was the only issue and it seemed like an easy slip (if a large one), that's not to say it wasn't close ;p

Day of Judgement Is here!

3/3

Requirement: Create an aura card that doesn't enchant a creature.
Challenge 1: Doesn't give a player control of the enchanted object.
Challenge 2: Doesn't produce mana or give the enchanted object the ability to produce mana.

Due to a cautionary message I recieved (who's authority I doubt), I'm quasi-reverting into a mess. Please excuse any confusion in my judgement until I'm finished. Thanks!

Judge: Zzapper

Oculus

Design (This is an arbitary name, not related.) (8/10)
Enchant players is nice, not often done. (+) The colors are right for the ability and red/blue typical do the fun things (retarget, mass counter, theivery, duplication), so that's okay as well. I don't see anything wrong from that stand point.
Development (This is an arbitary name, not related.) (5/10)
And then we hit a snag, as this card reads, I can cast Shock and kill them. The ability allows me to target the same player with the copies, which are still instants and then trigger the targeting clause. A simple fix would be, "Whenever a player casts a spell that targets enchanted player," but as it stands that's a pretty big oversight. (----) Mana cost and rarity are fine, might need to see a bump to mythic because of how it interacts with the field (enchant player + copying spells = headaches).
Flavor is good. Red/Blue is usually a "trickster" color. Good tie in to other magic fluff. Title lines up nicely with flavor and ability. (++)
Polish
Challenge (2/2) Met.
Quality (3/3) Iffy here, I feel that grammar-wise it should read "Whenever the enchanted player..." but examples are unclear (Looky here.).
18/25
Final thoughts: Fun card, needed a little bit more tweaking. I would like to see this card.

Altaurus321

Development (8/10)
So in seeing "Enchant Equipment" I felt a little Carried Away. THis is something that has been done...once...enchanting equipment that is, not carrying me away...so bonus points. (++) White likes equipment, equipping and enchantments, so you'r ein the clear there. The recursion is nice, but a little much on an uncommon. The 1 mana reduction is good, but again, I feel that AND a +1/+1 boost is little much for an uncommon at :symw:. (-)
Design (6/10)
Flavor goes bleh. I'm not sure how pulsating runes have anything to due with equipment and due a lack of flavor text connecting the name to the ability, I feel like this card just isn't finished. (-)
Polish (1.5/3) The 1 should've been a 1 mana and should've read, "Enchanted equipment's costs 1 mana less to equip and..." (Source). (-.5 for the 1, -1 for the templating).
Challenge (2/2) Met.
(17.5/20)

P E

Development (5/10)
Blue card is blue. The revealed hand has been done before in several different ways as has the cast spells from opponent's hands, however they haven't been stuck on the same card. Because you are mucking about with someone's hand, this should probably be at sorcery speed (to reduce confusion over timing and priority) and be at mythic (due to the unknown interactions this card may have). Balnce-wise, I feel this should be costed higher. As it stands I can pay two and exile any spell from my opponent's hand for the rest the turn, which is nearly as good as a counterspell. (--) AS it stands, making this a one shot or three shot ability (counters?) would help immensely.
Design (7/10)
Name ties into abilities and flavor text, while rather generic is present. Our good friend Nicol Bolas, however, is much more controlling/destruction (see Slave of Bolas) then just mearly peeking.
Polish (1/3) - Grammar knocks, my edits/fixes are in bolded purple, orange italics is my recommended ability rewording (for clearness and simplicity).

Enchanted player plays with his or her hand revealed.
1U: Exile an instant or sorcery card from enchanted player's hand. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled. At the beginning of the next end step, if the exiled card hasn't been cast, return it to its owner's hand. Any player may play this ability.
"One of my favorite tricks." - Nicol Bolas

Per usual, you may PM me if you find oversights or have evidence that I am wrong. Thanks!

I'm just jumping in on the unjudged poll (was given permission) to make up for being late XP

4/5

Basically you start with a score of 12 in the Power/Balance section and 3 in the flavor section. If I see things that are awesome about a card, it gets (+)'s. If there are bad elements, it gets (-)'s. These equate to +1 and -1 points respectively.

Power/Balance (X/15)- I'm looking at how the card fits for it's rarity. Does the abilities and effects fit a mythic, is the card underwhelming for a rare, etc. Is it overcosted, is it undercosted? Did you balance the cost with abilities? Did you ignore the color pie?

Flavor (X/5)- Is the flavor text meaningful to the card, or does it restate something that's evident due to the name? Do the abilities fit in the colors smoothly, does the name, ability and flavor sing happy harmony, does it make me giggle?

Challenge (X/2) – One point awarded per satisfied challenge condition.
Polish (X/3) - Points deducted for incorrect spelling, grammar, and templating.

Koopa

Power/Balance (12/15)- Black kill card that makes...fish...which is new...anyways this card is simple and fairly easy to understand (+), falling into the 5 CC "junk" kill spells that WotC pops out every set. It is mostly balanced effect with rarity, could see a CC bump up to 6 (because you could get 8 power and toughness and get rid of a threat) or a fixed number for the tokens. (-)

Flavor (4/5)- I'm not sure how dousing something in blood = fish, pehaps it attracts them? The flavor text does tie into the name and I suppose it does all make coherent sense (plus made me giggle (+)) but it might've been better served making a 3/3 swarm token or something :p

Challenge (2/2) – Met.
Polish (3/3) - Shiny.
(21/25)

PanchoPonceN

Power/Balance (12/15)- Mmm...this card is dangerously fun. Any black deck would sideboard it at least, especially at the CC. It single-handedly turns any wrath into an instant army without any drawback or cost (-) and, for its effect, is fairly cheap. That being said, it is a rather simple card, easy to understand and is a fun effect (+). I would like to see this card at 6CC and mythic or 5CC and a drawback (lose life whenever a creature or spirit dies?).

Flavor (5/5)- Anima, as defined by Latin is the animating principle, in Christian contexts means the soul and is synonymous with spirit, which it makes (+). The flavor text is quaint, and the entire card ties together, ability, effect and name. (+)

Challenge (2/2) – Met, while this card could make one token, it also makes many, and by my judgement, that's fine.
Polish (3/3) - Shiny.
(22/25)

Xiliger

Power/Balance (11/15)- so you get at least a 4/4 with flash for 4 mana. At rare that isn't unexpected. However when you factor in the second ability this starts to need a bump up to at least a CC of 5 or a kicker cost (Kicker GG, Pay this kicker only if your life is 10 or less). (-) aside from this, this card is okay.

Flavor (2/5)- Mebbe I should start docking for a lack of flavor text *sigh* Not sure how being feral (wild, uncontrolled red/green) related to blue/black spirit bears (blue/black=controlled calm, white=spirits) (-). Also impulse usually denotes a sudden surge, not a permanant gain (the tokens).

Challenge (2/2) – Met.
Polish (1/3) - Look at Gilt-Leaf Ambush. It should read "...each of those creatures..." no tokens and "gains" should be "gain". Subject-verb agreement or something like that.
(16/25)

ParaSiempre

Power/Balance (10/15)- OP CARD IS OP! At uncommon, having a 2/2 deathtoucher is standard...having an additional clause would bump this up to rare and how this card interacts with the game state, this probably should be a mythic/legend as well(-). As it stands, I can double block with a pair of this (on...oh...a Duskdale Wurm) and get 14 1/1's for 2 mana (-)...This card should cost more, be a higher rarity and probably be lopsided towards toughness.

Flavor (2/5)-Deathtouch = Basilisk, no flavor text and generally a scavanger fetches things from the graveyard...also, I made the point in a different critique that generally tokens from decayed things are wOrms not wUrms. (-)

Challenge (2/2) – Met.
Polish (3/3) - Shiny.
(17/25)

swishh

Power/Balance (11/15)- Huh...haven't seen "You win the game" as a clause on a card yet...and since it is theroretically hard to pull off (due to your field being eliminated) you get a point (aka, this card is cool, I like it!) (+). After a moment however, this card is ripe for abuse. With something as simple as a suspended Chronomantic Escape on turn three, I win the game on turn 7... (--). It's tough to make a balanced card with the "You win the game." clause due to balance reasons. 95% of them are either impossible to use or rediculously broken. To date, this feels the most balanced that I've seen.

Flavor (4/5)- Lovely job on the flavor text, it ties directly into the ability, the name is a little iffy (doesn't seem to possess the extreme magnitude such a card requires) but all in all, a good job (+).

Challenge (2/2) – Met.
Polish (3/3) - Shiny.

Sneaky!
1) Shaddock86 - Colorless mirrorweave, um, yes!
2) Rudyard - I like this, mass animation is always fun.
3) TyranidBill - Simpler way to state that is Scry and Fateseal.
Asurma - Just disliking this card, dunno really why, it just feels bad to play against and unfun to play with :/
Jimmy Groove - Rather complex and I think you'd hit micro text

Sorry about the delay, I got sick Slant
