increases Red and Blue devotion by 2.
Seen is used to get more elemental tokens from Master of Waves
Can block a Rakdos Cackler on turn 2, can kill it on turn 3
Never seen it in Commander.
Seems some people want 4x copies for their deck.
If an opponent is playing Prismatic Omen (somewhat common in my area if a person is playing tri-colors, one being green), all their lands will also be "Islands." Choose that opponents for the target ability of Carpet of Flowers and add mana of each land that opponent controls.
Cabz's decision will factor in meta in his/her area of playing. I'd toss in CoF because I have a higher chance of running into an opponent playing Prismatic Omen or Mono-Blue.
If an opponent's deck isn't mono-blue, then the # of islands will decrease, as more people will play a form of 2 or 3 color producing lands, which usually are not an "Island" type.
Can run into a person(opponent) playing Prismatic Omen, which will be really beneficial to the person playing Carpet of Flowers
most artifact creatures are colorless, ultimate price won't work on them.
There are some colored artifact creatures that are considered monocolored, which ultimate price will work, like Moltensteel Dragon
@Hugh705
This doesn't seem to be to much of an elf deck. More like green-aggro/tempo mix.
Do you generally have a problem with flyers? I'm wondering what type of flyers you're trying to stop.
• Ranking Canopy can kill fliers if opponent decided to attack. That will actually stall an opponent more then Gravity Well
• Stuff like Mindcrank and Witchbane Orb is actually preventing you from being aggresive, the latter for being "control" to a very few type of decks, in which most cases, burn spells would be aimed at your elves to keep them in check.
Add Seer's Sundial to the list too. Horn of greed tends to be better for land-draw interaction. Mind's Eye could be better then both cards listed.
Jagged-Scar Archers is an elf and with enough power can take out just about all fliers.
Ezuri, Renegade Leader would replace the Wild Beastmaster for the boosting effect gives your elves some trample too, and he can regen your other dying elves.
there's are better elves then Wilt-leaf Liege to give your elves +1/+1, also, I see no white/gold/hybrid creatures to benefit from both +1/+1 statics. Elvish Champion Elvish Archdruid (taps for mana too) Kaysa (a classic card, actually boosts all your green creatures)
I actually never played with doubling chant. I understand what it does, but I don't see the overall appeal to play it.
Overall, you'll cut down on lands 20 > 17 normally. The Llanowar Elves and Arbor Elf are 8 additional mana sources.
Hey! Lovisa coldeyes can fit in an aggro elves with red splash?
Possibly, but why? Joraga Warcaller kicked twice would cost the same mana and give the same +2/+2 to any type of elf. Can give elves haste for 1 green mana with Concordant Crossroads.
Goblin Electromancer ability doesn't apply to both X's, just the general total mana cost. 3 Goblin Electromancer + 1 land and 1 Red mana = 2 damage for Bonefire's X value.

more to the point or for clarification, need to perform all requirements before the : before the effect goes can be used.

Sylvan Messanger is an elf and potentially draw 4 cards (elves)
