When unflipped, the card is named "Nezumi Graverobber".
When flipped, the card is named "Nighteyes the Desecrator"
If you play Pithing Needle and in response your opponent flips Nezumi Graverobber, once Pithing Needle resolves you name your card there. In that way, with this card, you can name whatever name is the one in effect at the time, even if they flip in response.
Constructed decks must contain a minimum of sixty cards. There is no maximum deck size; however, players must be able to sufficiently randomize their deck within the time allotted.
Multiplayer Constructed tournaments use Unified Deck Construction rules: With the exception of basic land cards, a team’s combined decks may not contain more than four of any individual card, counted by its English card title. (For example, if one player is using four Naturalizes in a Multiplayer Constructed event, no other player on that team may have a Naturalize in his or her deck.) If a card is restricted in a particular format, no more than one of that card may be used by the team. No players may use cards that are banned in a particular format.
So you follow the rules for the particular format that you're playing in.
Note that no matter the format, in Two-Headed Giant Constructed format, the card Erayo, Soratami Ascendant is banned, no matter the form of Constructed you're playing.
It's a little tricky because it's Unglued, but I believe the answer would be that Denied! wouldn't counter the spell.
Play Denied! only as any opponent casts target spell.
I consider this to mean the same as "Play only while an opponent's spell is on the stack."
Name a card, then look at all cards in that player's hand. If the named card is in the player's hand, counter target spell.
If you make the first assumption, then this is on the stack when you respond to the playing of Denied!. The only difference, though, is that they choose the card as the spell resolves. Thus, they don't need to name Force of Will until the spell is resolving; if you used it and you have something else in your hand, they could just name that.
My only complaint with the one on MTG.com is that nowhere in the bump (for those of you that don't watch [as], that's what those things are called) is the MTG logo displayed. Although I think the one on tonight had it, I think that would be a bit of a faux pas.
I think Bottled Cloister is to risky for much play. It does have that Howling Mine effect for you, but you're risking a lot if you're getting a large hand from it. Plus, if makes it easier on your opponen during their turns, as they know they don't have anythiin in your hand to work against them while they're building their board.
Easy JimBob. The converse to that, though, is that Utopia Tree never had a chance to impact the same format.
I pretty much agree with everything you're talking about; I will admit I voted for Worship, but that was more because at the time that was simply the card I understood better in Magic as a general game.

It has nothing to do with covlor cycles or anything else. Odds are it's just because they decided to send these 4 cards.
If it was a factor in their decision, it was because a white card (Balance) was sent last year.

You can find me just by looking for a guy with long hair. (don't think anyone else on staff has long hair)
Gaze of the Gorgon: Limited fun, constructed...yeah. Maybe.
Mindmoil: A card for those decks that are 24 land and 36 burn spells. (well, 32 now...)
...but most of all, I like the pure speed the card brings with it.
I say yes.
I'd do it if I could...
