Yeah 20 might be a bit much... kind of hoping people would get creative on the alternate casting cost end of things... but just how many ways are there to get a card into play. (Plus the sillyness of Tinker and Golbin Welder...) So 15 is perpaps a better number. However if you want to go higher than 15 feel free, or start the next color. Any other thoughts on the minimum-top casting cost?
