Did you even BOTHER to check the link I provided? Or was everyone content to depend on some of the more well-versed players for information on the game?
This game seems unfairly slanted in favour of the town because everyone is treating it like they would a regular game of Mafia, where the roles are unknown and the potential abilities are unlimited.
The inspiration for this game came from X-Men Mafia over at MTGNews, where roles were likewise limited. If I roleclaimed someone like Nightcrawler, it would be unlikely that I possessed a nightkill ability.
Here's something to think about. There are 4 Heroes for each race, and an additional 7 Neutral Heroes. As you have all figured out by now, 12 of the racial Heroes are Living, while the 4 Undead Heroes are... well, Undead. That leaves 4. This means that 3 of the Neutral Heroes are unused in this game. Some of you have deduced that 2 of them must be Undead, since 5 is the 'correct' number of Mafia, and there is a serial killer running loose.
That leaves the Beastmaster, Naga Seawitch, Pandaren Brewmaster, Goblin Tinker, Goblin Alchemist and Firelord. Since there are only 2 slots left, that means that 4 of these Heroes are not even in the game, ample empty slots for the Undead to claim. So the best move at that point would be to roleclaim a Neutral Hero, right?
Instead, what happened? Mafia members claimed to be Good, KNOWING that the real Good heroes would root them out immediately. The Far Seer died on the first day; the only remaining inspector has no means to identify names.
5 Mafia, 7 possible roles to claim. The MOST that the Mafia would lose would be two Mafia members who mistakenly chose identities already held by existing players, and even then, it would take a lynch or two to figure out who was telling the truth.
Dreadlord, did you consider the possibility that Sleep could be used in a positive method by targeting a fellow Undead? Having an excuse not to speak on the first day is invaluable. Furthermore, you can make use of those players who know about the Warcraft world by saying that X couldn't possibly be Undead because he was targeted by an ability that is blatantly Undead. What was the point of preventing a random player from posting or voting? Afraid of an Inspector? That's what the Undead kill is for.
Lich, the same applies to you. You remove the pressure to vote from a fellow Undead, or even yourself. Need a random roleclaim? How about the Naga Seawitch, with her Frost Arrows? Is she in the game? That's a risk you have to take.
Undead, you complain that the Town had a huge advantage - did you use your extra Nightkill?
Azrael, you were targeted by BOTH Inspectors on the first night, PLUS an Undead ability AND there was talk of you being eliminated by the Undead. This was not the result of imbalance, but rather your high-profile victory in Mafia Mafia. Had I made only a single Inspector role, and he had been killed on the first night, wouldn't it be the town crying foul?
Priestess of the Moon, you had information that the town would have found useful - did you release it to them? Afraid of being killed? The Inspector already revealed himself - why would you be the number one target?
Undead, two inspectors, so why not two doctors? How about rolecaiming the Goblin Alchemist with his Healing Mist? Again, an Alchemist might be in the game, but that's a risk that has to be taken.
I'm guessing Musashi was nerfed for not sending in his night choice, can you confirm that Musashi? You can still post right?
Since this is outside of the game, I'll step in. musashi DID send in a PM informing me of night activity/inactivity. His current predicament was NOT the result of Mod punishment.

Dawn breaks, and the representatives gather to discuss further plans for the Alliance. Not all of you are present, however.
titus has been found dead in his quarters. He appears to have been impaled on an implement of some sort.
Quote from medivh »
titus, you are the Blood Mage, a Blood Elf hero who has embraced the darker side of magic.
Ability: Banish
You banish your target from the physical realm, rendering them unable to post or vote on the next night. As a side effect, your selected target will also be made immune to death on the night you choose to target them, due to their ethereal nature.
Victory Condition: Eliminate the Undead
fadeblue is nowhere to be found, but you all notice that he has left all his personal possessions behind, which probably means that he did not leave of his own volition.
Quote from Medivh »
fadeblue, you are the Far Seer, a powerful Orcish shaman adept at predicting the future.
Ability: Far Sight
Choose a target. I will then send you a reply PM, informing you as to whether the target is Undead or Living. Far Sight is not subject to cooldown; you can use it once per night.
Victory Condition: Eliminate the Undead
You all notice a giant block of ice on one side of the camp area. Upon closer inspection, one of you identifies musashi and the lot of you struggle to free him. He is deathly weak, but still alive. As such, he will be unable to attend the council and vote until he has recovered, which will be when cooldown next occurs.
Finally, Azrael seems to be in a deathly slumber that he cannot be woken up from. As a result, he is unable to either post or vote today.
Summation: titus - Dead. fadeblue - Dead. musashi - Unable to vote until the next cooldown. Azrael - Unable to post or vote today.
It was decided that only by setting aside differences and forming an alliance could the humans, night elves, orcs and their allies possibly defeat the threat of the Scourge. As such, a meeting was organised to discuss plans to formalise this pact between the races on a remote isle in neutral territory, and each race sent forth their champions to act as representatives
The Undead Scourge however, has caught wind of this meeting, and has sent their own heroes in an attempt to sabotage the meeting and assassinate the participants. So the game begins...
Each night, the Undead will choose to eliminate a player. Each day, all the players will gather to discuss the previous night's occurences and decide to lynch a player.
Cooldown System:
The cooldown system works as follows - unless it has been explicitly stated otherwise in your role description, the use of your abilities is limited by cooldown. Once you have used your ablity, you cannot use it again until the cooldown period has elapsed. Cooldown does not occur in a specific number of days, but instead takes place on specific days that have already been pre-determined (eg. Day 2, Day 4 etc.). Uses of your abilities do not accrue, which means that if you neglect to use your abilities and a cooldown period elapses, you are still limited to a single use.
Voting System:
The necessary number of votes to lynch a player is not based on a simple majority. Instead, a player who receives the most votes after everyone has voted will be lynched. In the event of a tie, multiple players will be lynched.
Example:
There are 18 players left in the game. A and B have each received 6 votes, while C has received 5. When the final player casts his vote, either A or B will be lynched if they are voted for, since they will have the most votes. If the final player votes for C however, ALL three will be lynched.
In the event where not all players have voted but a single player has received so many votes that it is no longer relevant, that player will be lynched.
Example:
Again, there are 18 players. Player A has received 8 votes, player B has received 5, and player C has received 3. Two players have yet to vote, but there is no way that B or C could receive more votes than A, so A is immediately lynched.
Due to the nature of this voting process, PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO UNVOTE. You are instead encouraged to use FOSs (Fingers of Suspicion) if you are unsure as to who your vote is going to, but wish to indicate suspicion of another player. A FOS tally will be kept along with the regular voting tally. Votes should be in bold red, FOSs should be in bold.
Again, PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO UNVOTE. Have a good game everyone, and play fair. The game begins at Night.
Players, send in your night choices. Even if you choose NOT to do anything at night, please send me a PM saying so. Unless otherwise stated in your role description, abilities are to be used at NIGHT.
Also, just a reminder that PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO UNVOTE.

This is the sign-up for Warcraft 3 Mafia. There are 20 slots available, which will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
What I expect from you:
1. Posting on a regular basis. If you cannot commit to the game, then don't sign-up.
What you get in return:
1. Rapid responses from the moderator(s). This is an account created specifically for this game shared by Hvirfilvindr and Chrome Moxen. With two moderators, you can expect vote counts to be updated quickly.
2. No annoying percentages. Mafia is random enough as it is, without having a 37% chance of being successful in doing something.
It really is up to you. I've got 20 places in the next one - I could easily make it 21.
