Ok so the main two points i see coming up against proxying are
1) If i have to pay for my cards, you should have to pay for yours.
My response to that is that you do not have to pay for your cards, you too have the option to proxy, what you have is a desire to play with the real cards, not a need.
2) Magic costs money
My response is that it doesnt have to cost money, again you too have the option to proxy, you choose not to because again, you want to play with real cards.
I could care less if someone proxies, id rather you play the game with proxies than not play at all. I also feel availability shouldnt effect how good a deck is, the persons skills should (part of the reason i quite t2). I dont want to win a game cause someone can only afford 99 mountain ashling, id much rather everyone be on equal ground.
Now personally i will not proxy anything over bout 10 bucks cause i know i prolly wont get it soon, anything below that i will proxy and actively try to trade for.
Its actually kinda funny cause the only fully real deck i have atm is sharuum...so if you tell me i cant use proxies, you may be about to get roflstomped.
Oh and i proxyy t2 money cards a lot too, no way im picking up a pt right now, ill wait till they rotate in a couple months thank you very much.
Id cut the three swords in favor of more fat...the swords just make stuff into better threats...you can find things that are solid enough on their own. I think one of the main strengths of a deck like this is threat density. Personaly i play my build as a heavy ramp deck with the top 30 fatties in rwg, and if mayael happens to stick than its just gravy.
Welcome to the format if i had to guess id say you sold a lot of standard stuff to make this list, haha you got some sweet stuff in here i wish i could afford lol. List looks pretty solid. I would pick different combos personally, im not a fan of the future sight top combo or the leyline helm combo...i would recommend mind over matter with temple bell and an eldrazi titan, and thopter assembly with time sieve over them. Also power artifact is insanely easy to get infinite mana with this deck. I would also say austere command is the best wrath in the format, there are so many power enchantments in the format (mind over matter, necropotence, mana reflection ect...) and same with artifacts, sometime you just gotta sweep em. I guess if you dont see many though than not playing it is justified. Otherwise i dont think i can argue much with this list. Oh except i dont see grim monolith, card is awesome.
TBH duals are great but you can build a totally solid up to three color deck without em. We have pains, shocks, filters, fetches, tri lands, wwk manlands, city of brass. With all that plus like 5-10 utility lands you only have room for like 8-12 basics lol (in a tricolor deck). I play mind over matter and necro potence in sharuum and i am very seldom color screwed, you just gotta do a little more planning when searching for lands. Sure if i had abu duals i would virtually never get screwed, but id say my base is pretty solid atm.
I think there should be no negetive points, just positive. Like instead of punishing counters award things timmy likes, such as having 10 or more creatures on the field, or having a creature with power over 10, or making 10 tokens in a turn (these are just hypothetical to prove a point)

Im talking bout time sieve with thopter assembly not thopter foundry sword of the meek and time sieve, i agree that the three card combo is not good enough.
From my sharuum thread...these are all the combos i would consider for sharuum decks.
