"You have them in the same sleeves as your sideboard and deck..."
That's what the mistake was. They should be in clearly separate sleeves. I've kept my Delvers in clear sleeves in the same deck box as my SB and never had any issues.
1. Yes. Player B will get priority back after the man land ability resolves and will have the chance to activate the 'can't block ability'. All this must be done no later then end of declare attackers step.
2. Yes. It's a creature with marked damage equal to or greater than its toughness so it will be put into it's owners graveyard.
Nitpick: it's not a 'mana ability'. A mana ability is an ability that puts mana into your mana pool like Llanowar Elves Also, knowing exactly what cards you are refering to help a lot as the answer may differ on a card by card basis.
Voidstone Gargoyle is on the battlefield naming Willbender. I know that I can cast Willbender face down no problem. I need to know if morphing Willbender in this situation is possible. I know that Morph is a special action that doesn't use the stack, but is it still considered an ability and thus blocked by the Gargoyle?
Disappointed... Syncopate is OK.... I used it back in the day as a two of, but there were a few better counters to run ahead of it.
Sucks that this takes the uncommon counter slot. That means no Remand and I doubt a common slot counter would be better (if there is one). I'm holding out hope for a rare counter... Maybe the Izzet uncounterable slot of that cycle...
800.4a When a player leaves the game, all objects (see rule 109) owned by that player leave the game, any effects which give that player control of any objects or players end, and all spells and abilities controlled by that player on the stack cease to exist.
Only Planeswalkers will be able to return to the battlefield in that scenario.
Grafdigger's Cage prevents Creatures from entering the battlefield from the graveyard and Sorin's ultimate puts them in the graveyard before returning them to the battlefield.
There is no such thing as 'board priority' and can't always trumps can.
As long as you tap your opponent's creatures before they declare them blockers (at the end of declare attackers step).
You can not however, wait to see what they will block with because by then it will be too late and your Lawkeepers will be blocked.
Becoming tapped after being declared an attacker will never remove a creature from combat. And being tapped after declaring a blocker won't remove the blocker from combat either. Which is why you need to tap the opponent's creature after you declare attack, but before they declare blockers, because tapped creatures can't be declared as blockers.
Correct. Keldon Marauders require a target, so if you're the only legal target you will have to target yourself. As with Price of Progress, it affects all players and does not target so Leyline of Sanctity has no effect and your opponent will be dealt damage based on how many non-basic lands he controls.

EDIT: and yes, you can cast a creature with Flash when you get priority in the Declare Attackers step and be able to block with it.

EDIT: The talisman will put the mana into the mana pool, but they are under no obligation to use that mana for anything
