I don't need the money and I don't know if I am going to play again. Has happened in the past through lol and I came back. I am most likely going to sell the P9 cards, the black border dual lands (keeping revised) and others I think are worthwhile selling now like force, dard condifants, goyfs, etc.
I have been playing for some time and have collected a lot of cards throughout my years. I own all P9 and four of every legecay cards in play at the moment including dual lands black through revised. I have quit before but that was during high school and now I am considering selling my entire collection. I hardly play anymore and I just look at my cards and see money instead of decks like I used to. I have re-enlisted so I am going to be moving away but should I sell my collection and take a nice trip somewhere?
So I missed on purchasing the book when it came out and when I did try to buy it it had gone out of print. I could find copies online for sale but they were in the $60+ and I was not going to pay that much for a book. Anyways, I went to Barnes and Nobles about at the end of May to see if they could order the book. They told me that the only way to read it now was in the ebook form because the print run had stopped and it was sold out everywhere. So last week I went to the same store and used their computer and guess what, their warehouse received some copies in. Just picked mine up today. So if you want to buy the book then right now if probably a good chance.
Since this game changes constantly and rules are updated, writing and getting books published is not worth the effort. Instead, you can find all the information you need from online sources that can be updated with every new change. Yes you can find old books about magic but those are just for a trip down memory lane and nothing else at this point.
First, I would say don't take your mox into your shop. Take it out of the binder and instead place it in a toploader or something sturdier. Secondly, if you are worried so much about the light then place your card inside a drawer or something and get the satisfaction of knowing you own one.
Whether light affects a card, I do not know but sunlight probably does.
Did it for Jace and came out winning. I also lost when I pre ordered for Venser, the Sojourner and Abyssal Persecutor, all in all I am never going to pre order again.
What I do about now is sell/trade all the cards that are going to rotate to obtain legeacy cards and to draft untill october comes around. Then I figure out what deck I want to build and go at it.
I just had to comment about this book but it was truly written badly. I read the Zendikar book and thought I would give Wintermute another chance. Never again am I going to buy anything written by him. And yes I did find it weird that at certain points, some characters were completely ignored as though they were never introduced to begin with.
I have been away for a while and I saw that the book Test of Metal was published. I am finding out that this book is out of print and it is going for $80 onward for a paperback copy. Was this a limited print run or did it include something? Question is why is the price so high for a paperback book?
Whether light affects a card, I do not know but sunlight probably does.
