Text versions are always appreciated. If you made these in MSE you can get a MTGS forum exporter to easily get them formatted without manually retyping them.

I only had time to peruse the cards, so these are just some general observations:
    - Stench seems odd, given it's similar to Flanking but keeps the part about "other flankers" that was seen as the major issue with the mechanic
    - Some of these cards have way too much text on them. For some, it's a matter of simplifying them (probably by removing some abilities). For others, you kind of just have to accept certain cards can't get flavor text.
    - Wording in general is a bit off, refer to recently printed cards for help with this
    - Moon city is ridiculously overpowered. I assume many others are as well but this is one of the few cards simple enough to parse quickly. Lands like City of Traitors and Ancient Tomb are way too strong to be printed today, and both of these have relevant downsides.

I like the theme, but maybe you can find some simpler implementation.

Honestly I'm not a huge fan of the colored equip costs. I've done colored living weapons in the past, and I always found that colored equip costs never really added much to the designs. Colored equipment in the past (Behemoth Sledge and such) kept the colorless equip costs, and given it won't matter all that often I think keeping the consistency with existing equipment is nice.

Alright, as we're nearing the completion of our first common draft, I decided to do a once-over and point out any issues I still see that should be "fixed" prior to doing some playtesting.

    White
    - Clock In is still in a weird spot. It's possible we want this to be a +1/+1 counters matter card instead of an artifact matters card?
    - Thopter General still seems rather strong for an uncommon, plus we currently don't have a pair for it in Red which kind of makes it seem out of place. We might want to move all of our "artifact lords" to uncommon

    Blue
    - Complacent Crew probably needs to be a 3/3 or something? A 5 mana 4/4 flier is too strong for common when it's conditional attack clause is going to happen most of the time anyway
    - Steam Draw is too close to Contemplate right now. We need another multi-C SP card.

    Black
    - Black has the most problems of all colors. It still has three empty slots.
    - Choking Smog & Garbage Scavenger both need replacements with new Trash. Namely we need to figure out if they just want to be straight replacements or not
    - Gremlin's Hunt still seems odd here
    - Forceful Drain is still a weird card, and may want to switch to some mill related effect given Black's focus on Scavenge now
    - Industrialization Process This is another card that might want to mill instead of getting something back. Black's looking to eat it's graveyard not necessarily recycle it.
    - Lost in the Desert feels a little off color

    Red
    - Prophet's Spiker still feels too close to Prophet's Lizard
    - Steam Stoke is just a real awkward card
    - Steam Strike is too similar to the Black SP combat trick
    - Terrorize this should maybe just drop down to being a normal Act of Treason given we want it to combo with Exploit

    Green
    - Ambushing Spider & Waste Bear both need an update, especially since I like ComicalFlop's suggestion to turn Rust Scarab into our spider slot
    - Dawn Stag was a placeholder that can be replaced

    Artifacts
    - Pensive Talisman could be replaced with a mana rock that mills to synergize with Salvage

This seems fun, though it feels more like some kind of Necromancer than a Fungus Shaman.

My only concern is that he's a very easy combo piece (in EDH). Now Melira or Anafenza2 can combo with (almost) any ETB effect and a sac outlet. I don't think this makes him unbalanced or anything, but similar to Niv-Mizzet "tuned" decks will always be combo and players will have to take the initiative to build less abusive decks.

You can take some liberties with Stonemight, that's an easy one to reflavor.

I would be pretty against having Wastes become a sixth basic in terms of "endless supply". It raises a lot of issues since that type of thing has never been done (including the last time we had wastes). Stuff like colorless or snow basics have always had to be draftable, which makes them a bit more interesting IMO. If you've got endless supply of colorless then it's no longer really a challenge to draft so much as it is just a decision. I would be more open to a new version of Wastes implemented as it was in OGW.

Flop are you suggesting that the colorless basic should be available in any number? Because that brings up some issues that were probably the reason OGW avoided it in the first place.

Also I can help you get the fonts (or even just give you a copy of my MSE2) if that's still being an issue for you. It's odd to me that it also seems to affect your mana symbols though...

-Defender is for make a tribute to Primal but maybe the subtype become wreid (Maybe better for INS are Horror or Elemental) also can dowgrade to 0/4 to make Walking Corpse - Lantern Kami - Thing in the Ice chosse.
Right, but Zombies and Spirits are two of the most iconic creature types on Innistrad, and the most iconic types of tokens (on Innistrad). Plus, flavorwise, Humans on Innistrad turn into Zombies and/or Spirits upon death. I'm not saying it's a bad choice mechanically, but when it comes to theme one of these things is not like the others.

There's one card I've always wanted to see out of Innistrad:

    Nephalian Villager 2U
    Creature - Human (U)
When ~ dies, put a 1/1 white Spirit creature token and a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield.
"What are we but bodies and souls waiting to be abused"
    - Ludevic

    2/2

This card should most likely be white, but I can never keep away from the nice symertry of having a blue card produce white and black tokens.
    - 3 bodies for 3CMC is really overpowered (and more in U the worst color for creature advantage) better make you chossen between (2/2 Vanilla B Zombie 1/1 Flying W Spirit or 1/4 Defender U Turtle) like a Primal Plasma version of Doomed Traveler.
-Also I give wizard type because can be tainted in Zombie, transcend to Spirit or mutant into turtle.
Making you choose is actually a great suggestion, thanks! (Though I have no idea why I'd add the turtle mode...)

I'd be careful about doing a split like this. Part of what made Eventide an unsatisfying set for many people was the fact that it shared nothing with the first. The ally hybrids in Shadowmoor didn't like the enemy hybrids in Eventide and vice versa. I can see something similar happening here: if your second set is about your second tribes then if you draft it together with the first they'll share nothing in common.

Also, be careful with "Nactyl" since it's very close to "Nacatl" IMO. Also, while I understand many of your color shifts, it's pretty jarring to see the traditional red race Viashino moved all the way over into Blue and Black.

JDAEnxio's got the right idea. We've come pretty far since Lorwyn's approach to tribal. If every Nautilus card you make checks for other Nautiluses, then they'll never be compatible with other sets. But if you give Nautiluses their own mechanical identity, and then just have a few tribal related cards, now your tribe is a lot less parasitic.

What do ya'll think about a sixth, pure steamland?

    Steam Plant (Common)
    Land
Steam Plant enters the battlefield tapped.
When Steam Plant enters the battlefield, return a land you control to its owner's hand.
T: Add CC to your mana pool.
On one hand this could be pretty interesting, given it would definitely see play and perhaps solve our awkward "second mana rock" problem.

On the other hand, a second mana rock would go a long way in helping components have a tappable non-creature artifact (in a way the land wont).

We could just do some straight ports, but I feel like finding a better identity for these cards would serve us well. Right now every single one of our cards would Salvage in a different way.

How do we feel about upgrading Karoos all the way to Ravnican standards? (i.e. ETB tapped, return any land to your hand).

White and Blue are the least likely colors to get trample, so why is that on this card?
    That's the joke. Wink

His point (I believe) is that the card is out of color pie for white and blue, and is trying to show this by writing it in a different way. I agree to some extent, but joke complaint cards are rarely example of good arguments or good design :p

In any case, I disagree with mono-colored bounce lands being unprintable at common.
I was talking about the multicolored ones.

I think we could make the Karoos less bad and still have them printable at common.
