My curve is very low and I can get what I need relatively fast with answers to protect myself.
I do find this list to be the fastest. And I am running 1 Treasure Cruise until I get another Dig Through Time.
What do the Ornithopters do in your list?
Beat sticks with flying. 0 cost for later swarm effects. It also drives down my curve. Also my fav turn 1 play is ornithopter dragon mantle with battlefield forge. It helps my decks speed.

I think Hushwing is the best white card in standard right now personally. His potential though is limited at the moment but he is going to do big things.
One thing is he stops all triggers on creatures the ETB with ferocious which is strong.
Hi so after a few weeks of contemplating whether to start playing magic or not i decided to do it cause i'm starting to get bored of playing cardfight vanguard and wanted to play a new ccg. After researching a bit i decided to stick with a budget of $100 dollars per block and just play at FNMs for fun. I was just wondering if anyone had an idea on how to upgrade the mardu raiders intro pack or if i should even get it cause some people said intro packs aren't really that good so its either singles or intro pack for my first standard deck. The idea of mardu aggro appeals to me so if anyone has a good decklist that if possible only uses cards from KoT that would be really great. Thank you
Try to play limited tournaments [draft] and buying packs. Build up your trades to get better stuff. And work on building a cheap but good deck to win store credit with.
Your oponent should just call a judge over because you slow play. Self regulating in a tournament is not good. Or your opoent is rude for no reason. Hard to tell withouth being there.
I would also like to point out that macking the right plays in a reasenable amount of time is a test of your skill level as well. Time is a factor in how good a player is. If a player is taking to long is taking time from his oponent.
They should use chess timers and just make the IRL version like MTGO where the first person to run out of time loses.
If they did this they would unban cards in other formats. But, it would put a lot more pressure on players because the game should have freedom of thought. Magics a hard game, and even the pros have to stop, take a breath and think for a minute.
How does it impede freedome of thought? You get 25 minutes, or whatever, to play your entire set of match-turns. If you want to take a breath and think about a move for 2 minutes, that's your call.
It would alleviate your opponent getting mad, since you're putting your time on the line and not his.

Besides timing. Some things that happen is people call judge on one bend in a sleeve on games they know they lost but will do whatever they can to win. I hate those people.
I believe mardu has not missed the mark. I just don't think people are utilizing the cards and tools available currently. It will be a good deck once people realize that mardu has the best removal for control based strategies. And once people look at mardu for two for ones like Jund people will realize how strong mardu is. mardu will be the color combination of a current Tier one deck hands down.

I understand how you mill your whole deck, but i dont quite get how you generate infinite mana and get your dork really big, i know it has to do with dragon mantle but could someone please elaborate.
Jeskai Ascendency allows you to untap your creatures everytime you play any noncreature spell. This means you can untap your creatures infinite times if you can continue this. The best way is to cast Retraction Helix on a creature and bounce Astral Cornucopia and playing it for 0, drawing and untapping.
Kruphix Insights. I took this card out after 1 game because it digs 6 and doesn't help me. So I dumped that and dig through time. I am still brewing my list. But Life's Legacy is pretty good for me when I start to lose steam,
Brew away But Dig Through Time is among the best and most synergistic cards in the deck and I think you couldn't possibly be more wrong to cut them.
I replaced Dig with Tormenting Voice it helps the flow of the deck more than dig does. Costs less and it's easier to start going off with.

It seems like this deck is missing some cards that can really make or break it.
Life's Legacy is really strong for refilling hands.
Setessan Tactics is really good for shutting down other aggro decks/utility decks.
Hunter's Prowess is really strong as a 1-of for a combat trick + fuel.
