@Milldawg: Mishra was concerned about Lamp during our night conversations. If Lamp were town, his reasoning was that the scum would have tried to dispose of an experienced player as they did with kpaca. Just the fact that he's still alive adds further evidence to my claim that he's scum.
I notice that Lamp is the only one actually pushing for me to say what my cartridge is. The reason for this is simple. He correctly guessed that I am Duck Hunt based on the assertion that it's on the same cartridge (which the role pm doesn't mention btw). Now I'm put in the position of having to 'fess to the same exact cartridge as he lied about having, thus increasing the suspicion on me. Unfortunately, you're leaving me with no outs here other than to say that you're lying (which you know you are).
Also, I had about thirty seconds to make my claim post this afternoon, since I got home at 3:30 and had to leave at 3:40 (didn't get back until now).
I'd also like to add that Mishra also suspected Lamp way back from night one up until his death, simply on the basis that he a more experienced player and would be able to easily disguise himself under a helpful face to the town.
And may I ask how offering to post logs is scummy?
Also in fairness (though most of this is largely irrelevant in the face of Mill's actual evidence), I didn't really "start" the wagon on WW...it was kind of there from the beginning in its own way and I just thought she was a better target than Ed at the time. So did a lot of people, hence the whole getting enough votes thing that happened.
Happiness is the ultimate goal of our lives. Each individual always strives toward greater happiness, albeit in different ways. What may make one person happy will differ from what makes another happy. Someone may be happy by playing Chess all day; someone else may be happy by having a soul mate to love; someone else may be happy from working at a construction site all day; someone may be happy from doing drugs all day.
What would make you completely and totally happy, right now? And what would make you completely and totally happy say, 20 years from now?
For me, personally, I need three levels of happiness: I have come to call these the "self" happiness, the "community" happiness, and the "world" happiness. And all of these are moot unless some basic prerequisites are met.
Firstly, I need all of my basic needs to be fulfilled. If I am dying of hunger or thirst, there's no way that I can be otherwise happy. This also includes a moderate level of comfort, i.e. not being too cold or too tired.
Once my needs as a modern human have been established, my basic form of immediate happiness arises from the everything things that give me temporary happiness with no real long-term benefits. The taste of a good Starbucks frappuccino, the fun of playing Magic, or the initial joy of getting a new iPod are all examples of this immediate form of happiness. These are the sort of things that we are always tempted to do, and often have to refrain for higher purposes.
The second form of happiness is the "community happiness" and basically comes down to having good relations with those around me. Having a girlfriend, being on good terms with teachers, etc. This stage of happiness also includes not having any serious large-scale problems in my life. If I'm constantly worrying about say, the fact that my bike got stolen, there's no chance of me being happy at or above this stage.
The final stage of happiness is the "world happiness" and essentially involves working toward some higher purpose in life. This type of happiness takes years to achieve, and you need to have some lasting impact on society to really be "happy" in this highest stage. It doesn't have to be anything as noble as curing cancer, but can be something modest like working toward designing a more efficient computer chip for cell phones or teaching hundreds of other people how to do something world-changing.
All three of these stages of happiness build upon another, and it is impossible to climb up the chain without first having fulfilled the lower stages, starting from the prerequisites and working up toward the highest purpose of your life.
Anyway, that's just my view on happiness and brings me back to my original question: What would make you completely and totally happy, right now? And what would make you completely and totally happy say, 20 years from now? I'm interested in the range of opinions that may be gathered from this discussion.
Quantum immortality: Every time a random event happens, a set of universes is created with each one containing a possible outcome. Assuming that its theoretically possible for humans to live for a really long time (probability = .000000...0001) and that it's impossible for our consciousness to exist in a universe in which we are dead, we are forced into the universe in which we survive, no matter how low the chances are.
Cryonics: When you "die" by today's standards, your body basically gets frozen (in a more sophisticated fashion) for hundreds of years. When medical technology advances far enough to revive you, they do. You can then live again for a long time due to the advanced nature of the medical technology of the future.
The first one we really don't have much control over, but if you were given the choice and technology advanced enough to make it somewhat possible for Cryonics to actually work within the next 20 years or so, would you do it?
And do you think its possible that at some point in the future (a few centuries?) medical technology will advance to the point where human life expectancy goes up by hundreds of years?
The top two on my scum list seem to be the same as a bunch of other people:
1) Ed
2) WW
As such, I really wouldn't mind seeing either of them lynched. Looks like Ed put up a defense for himself (at least for the time being), which WW did not. And this "i'm gonna post only when prodded for and am not really gonna say anything" attitude clearly isn't good for the town. Plus there's the fact that WW accused me and AE of being scum on day one with absolutely no justification whatsoever.
Is this day over yet? It seems to me that there is a consensus between several people to lynch Ed on the basis of his lack of a solid defense. 2 more votes and we find out the truth. If he turns out to be mafia, there's a 50/50 chance that we got the roleblocker, and Milldawg will be free to investigate WW (#2 on everybody's list) during the night.
I'm gonna have to increase that spotlight on Edghyatt even more. His behavior and irrational explanations seem scummy to my eyes. vote: Edghyatt. And anyway, if I vote now, I won't be the one to hammer him like I was for both of the last two
Why did Zindabad name Uncreation as town when he claimed cop?
I think if I were mafia false claiming cop, I wouldn't risk exposing one of my scum-buddies and would rather expose someone who really is innocent. And anyway, Uncreation didn't really say anything scummy as far as I can remember, so I believe he is innocent.
OMGUS vote Dagger

Defensive much?
I can post logs with Mishra if that's allowed.
Almost done with http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=144058 (Day 5 should start shortly; should be done in just a few days)
Never been modkilled or replaced.
Favorite beverage- hmm... I'll go with Arizona Iced Tea
Currently in newbie 27 (night 4, will be over soon).

Last defense please?

@Ed and WW: would you care to start talking now?
We're at L-2 if I'm counting correctly.
