Not on shipping though, which is what I was saying. It's not included in the final price on multi-order shipping which I'm assuming is what we're all using.
Sorry about that; you're right. I didn't catch that it was in reference to the shipping.
Sure but paypal + ebay fees don't exist here for that. So $2.11, and that's assuming printer ink which in fairness I didn't include in my calculations I prolly should have. Good call on that one, I should be using that in my math. So $2.00 and I'm eating 11 cents, seems fine to me. With that said, people who are expecting shipping at $1.00 or lower and delivery confirmation it's just not going to happen and I agree with that.
PayPal fees DO exist here for those of us that abide by the rules and regulations of PayPal policy.
I may be wrong, but I don't believe they give you a gift option when the seller actually invoices you. You only get the gift option when you are choosing to send money to someone first.
This is correct. It's only provided as an option if you are sending money, not paying for an invoice. The gift option is meant for sending money to friends/family. Accepting money through the gift option for goods/services is a direct violation of PayPal policy.
Also, just a side note since it was brought up; requesting a "gift" payment is against PayPal policy. You can get your account audited and possibly even shut down doing that. It's the sellers responsibility to pay the fees, not the buyer.
I don't accept "gift" payments because they did just that to me
So happy to see all of the posts about legacy; makes me feel at home
@Jeff- wicked glad you're still sticking around. I've been reading your market value posts for years now and always gain some knowledge from them. Thanks
Dang man. I remember when you came back to trading and stuff you literally had very few staple cards in your arsenal. I see things have changed greatly.
Is your Tezz control the one with signets and transmute artifacts? Almost like superfriends?
Haha yeah I had to rebuild my collection from scratch for the third time. I'm such a moron sometimes
Yup, that's exactly the version I run. There's an emphasis on the Thopter combo with chalice/FoW/Jace backup. It's a lot of fun but I struggle against RUG and patriot delver cause they're so quick to establish board control. My saving grace is a chalice at 1
Ok, I'm trying to figure which of these 2 decks is going to do better in a open meta. Let's assume I'm a decent pilot so that we're not even factoring in that variable.
Both have similar basic "shells". Deathrite Shamans, Abrupt Decays, Tarmogoyfs, Force of Wills,Hymn to Tourachs, etc.
That's usually where the similarities end though. Shardless Bug appears to be (my opinion of course) more fun to play; but there's a certain element of randomness to the cascade that bugs me (no pun intended). Team America is certainly a more aggro approach; but it does retain a high degree of control still given the counter/discard package.
My meta consists of a wide variety of all 3 archetypes; combo, control, and aggro. I face everything from Tin-Fins to Goblins to Countertop; and everything in between. My sideboards become crucial in this aspect because I have to be prepared for a lot. Both of these decks have access to the same pool of cards for the board so that's not really a variable to consider either.
I'd really like to work some stifles in the main, but I'm unsure what to cut. I like the idea of stifle + sinkhole though. Maybe some Hymns in the board for those times when sinkhole isn't gonna help as much (TES, ANT, Tin-Fins).

Personally I've noticed that as long as I stay below the lowest same-condition price available on TCG then I won't have a problem selling.

BRG- Jund
BU- Reanimator
BWU- Esper countertop
UWR- Miracles
BWU- Esper stoneblade
BUG- Team America
BU- Tezz control
BURw- ANT
BURGW- Dredge
BGW- Junk
I'd have to say that my Team deck is my favorite right now. It's a bit of a homebrew-twist on your average BUG aggro
EDIT- I dropped sneak/show because I found I didn't enjoy playing it at all.
Josh
@Sparki- what made you decide to become a mod VS remaining an active trader? Just curious.

My name is Josh and I have a trading/selling problem

As far as I'm concerned, they have the absolute best customer service and will continue to get my business because of that.
Now if I could just get them to restock NM or SP beta swords to Plowshares...
Josh
Is it realistic to expect this to climb some more? Or does it look like this is where it's gonna stay for awhile?

Which one is better suited and why?
Thanks for your help
