Krond will go into my Rafiq enchantress commander deck ASAP, heck that deck will probably allow for a nice overhaul. Considering the way my deck runs, with rafiq, sovereigns and krond, a single attack from Krond would be evasive, keep him untapped, search for and enchant it with Eldrazi Conscription and if done right = GG.
As for Vela, i see tons of potential for using her in esper with already evasive creatures, flicker effects and Venser. Heck her with infinite championing of creatures is mean if you can pull it off.
I hate that angel... Guess who plays zombies in our group...
That an ms antisacrifice are going to be autoinclude in my friends' decks...
First graffdigger's cage and now this... Wizards why you no like me? rip my ghave and grimgrin decks...i'll remember you fondly...
I use fatpack size offbrand boxes and want to spice them up. I am looking for photoshops that when printed out could cover the top and long sides, the mall sides will use the planeswalker symbol and commander symbol which i can track down. I want Grimgrin, Corpse-born in the artwork of Rooftop Storm with Gravecrawler crawling beside him if possible with Grimgrin in the Misfits Band logo font in black with a blue outline. I also want Sharuum the Hegemon's original art with Extractor Demon and Phyrexian Metamorph with Sharuum in a sufficiently esperish font with a blue border and white/black mix inside.
And finally, Riku of the Two Reflections's right half with Kiki-jiki, Mirror Breaker and what appears to be an army of Deceiver Exarchs andPestermites with RikuukiR in a mirrored alignment (? Not sure if correct term) done in some mix of his colors.
I was definitely going to run ameboid changeling and I was considering Hivestone I was looking primarily for things that triggered due to creatures of shared types, as well as other stuff that give my slivers abilities and benefits they themselves don't have.
I'm going to run sliver overlord and while picking the slivers isn't hard, the other cards, the support for this creature centric deck is. I'm looking for stuff that pulls stuff faster, enhances their already nasty combat style, and combos. I am considering training grounds and heartstone but I'm certain that combined, they can't reduce overlord's ability to zero.

read this. it along with its ties to the Fibonacci sequence explain why phi would be connected to phyrexia aside from the name.

Geralf's messenger + ashnod's altar + nim deathmantle = win
Tragic slip is fun. Especially with fleshbag marauder and grave pact
I'm hating all the skaabs and the new Runebinder. Remove my creatures from the grave? Nope not my thing. Being in my graveyard is a temporary state in Grimgrin.
The thing is with my group I own them when I combo with sharuum, not if but when. As such any of my decks that combo immediately get their combo pieces targeted. I built grimgrin as my sharuum away from sharuum. It's in it's infancy, but it's combos already get targeted with cards like praetor's grasp. Hell they steal my ashes of the fallen and rooftop storm as early as possible if they can. I have to resort to other, lesser methods to win. I don't even need an infinite combo to be targeted just a combo. As such I step up the game and make the deck better, then they step up their answers and their own strategies. I'm not great at running control and aggro gets boring so combo is my thing. This one card cancels the need to step up our games. If both have it and I have the slim pickin's that UB has for artifacts. They already pack every other form of grave hate they can this is just the nail in the coffin. They could swap a basic land each for this and it not faze their deck. I'm just upset to see my grimgrin deck get killed a month after I finally got around to building it.
Edit: didn't notice the above post. Disregard my post.
About the others: the green wolf one is definitely intriguing.
I was panicking when I saw the cage. My Sharuum, Grimgrin, and Mimeoplasm decks would be locked out and while sharuum and mimeo could handle it easily, grimgrin was screwed. I havent gotten him consistent yet but his infinite combos scared the crap out of my group. I knew they would play it, I was worrying all the way up until lunch, when I began to go through every blue, black, and artifact card for stuff to stop it. Then I remembered Thada Adel, Acquisitor, she is my best friend now. Gonna throw in some more counters and hope it keeps me safe and see's me through these dark times. God I hate that card.
