The point of repacks is to sell all or part of your collection for more than market value to those willing to take the risk. Whether your repack is "worth" your selling price depends greatly on what is included and the distribution of value between packs.
Unless your repacks are really good, you will hurt your ebay feedback by doing repacks as people complain when they don't win the lottery or don't understand repacks.
The best repacks I have seen were guaranteed dual land + other cards for $20 (this was a long time ago).
The Future Sight lands are unique and difficult to reprint. The only reprint I could see is pre-built decks (duel deck, event deck, etc) or if they decide to print a full 10 land cycle using the mechanic (like they did with Graven Cairns). A full cycle for Nimbus Maze would be more likely, followed by River of Tears. Horizon Canopy and Grove of the Burnwillows are very strong and unlikely to see a full cycle.

Really high on my list is Limited Resources. In 1v1 it seems "fair" , but play with 4 players and the limit of 10 lands is ridiculous low and some players will be stranded at 2 lands and have no option to change that (your deck ofcourse has options, lots of mana acceleration and the like).
I used to use Dragon Shields a lot before I switched to KMC. One huge problem that DS used to have is length consistency, esp if you sleeved a cube using several boxes of DSs. Some of the sleeves would be noticeably longer than others.
I vaguely remember hearing that some of these issues have been fixed recently. Is this true?
Dragon Shield turquoise is manufactured far better than the old ones. I bought a full display (10 boxes x 100ct) of blue many years ago and length was very inconsistent between boxes and even within each boxes. The turquoise display I bought this year has been great, all 600 I have used so far are the exact same length. I think there are other colors made in the new process but I am not sure which ones.
1. There are more people with the speculation mindset now than during Zendikar. More sealed product of Khans will exist into the future (might be the same percentage wise though).
2. The playerbase growth rate between Zendikar and has strained existing supply. This growth rate will have to continue for several more years for Khans to see similar prices.
3. Zendikar also has full art basics. Each pack is guaranteed $0.75 in value from the basic land slot. Khans does not have this.
Zendikar has also lost value with fetches recently but this loss has not yet been realized in sealed product prices. They may not drop but will not be increasing anytime soon.

Doran, the Siege Tower can make a good EDH defender deck.
I buy all my DS sleeves in bulk from potomacdist, $68 per box, $8.50 flat rate shipping or free shipping with $150 order.
I've only had one trade that was worth the time to package and send. Everyone else wants less than $2 or doesn't have enough points.
True, it would be 20. And that would be bad to print in a single 2 set block as rares. Probably won't happen.
I built a deck with Limited Resources, Manabond, and Enlightened Tutor and played it in a 5 player game. I removed Limited Resources immediately afterwards.
Turbofog decks are good for making people rage. Lots of Fog with Howling Mine effects until your opponent draws out.
