So basically, all it takes to make Cascade fair is to have the trigger happen on dying, rather than etb.
Initially, I didn't notice that it said 'died' and almost posted. "This is Cascade. It might not say it, but this is a colorless Bloodbraid Elf. Wizards have officially lost their minds."
This will absolutely see play. This guy and Krallenhorde Howler are gonna be the bestest of friends, I have no doubt.
I'm putting my money on Naya Ajani and Dimir Tezzeret. Part of me quite wants an Esper Tezz, but frankly very little of what Tezzeret is doing is white in flavor. Also, having the villain of the set be white and share a color with one of the other planeswalkers opposing him would be a tad contradictory.
The core of the deck itself is fine, if anything, I think the weakest card in this is Smothering Abomination. I've been running a similar build, but with red instead of white, and have been running Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet to pretty good effect. It shuts down other aristocrats decks and is generally just a good body. I'd also replace Sultai Emissary with Blisterpod to give you a turn 1 play.
You definitely need to up your land count to 23 at least. Yes, a low curve makes it tempting to cut out lands, but I count 5 slots at 3+. That's not a deck that can pull off 22 lands.
You need better removal in your sideboard, and frankly, I don't know why you aren't running Silkwrap or Immolating Glare. White has some of the best removal in standard right now, and I think that you should try to incorporate a bigger share of white in your 75 there.
Rather than go with the Abzan infinite combo, I realized that the inclusion of Flayer Drone and Impact Tremors makes this deck exceptionally consistent.
The core of the deck is as follows:
Utility creatures: Blisterpod, Carrier Thrall and Hangarback Walker: Makes one or more creature tokens upon death. Catacomb Sifter: Makes a token, and allows consistency with the aid of the numerous sac outlets. Sifter of Skulls: Staples a Blisterpod effect on all of your non-token creatures. Effectively a win con with 2 or more of the ping pieces on board. Smothering Abomination: Sac outlet, draw engine. Lack of other synergy makes me consider cutting him to round off two of the 3-ofs to 4-ofs. Nantuko Husk: Best Sac outlet, win condition with most board states.
Other: Grasp of Darkness: Kills Anafenza, the Foremost. Possibly biggest threat to the deck. Altar's Reap: Sac outlet and instant speed card draw. Was previously Painful Truths, but that was found to be too slow or life intensive.

That's the deck in a nutshell, I still need to work out what my worst matchups are and set up my sideboard accordingly. Off the top of my head, Virulent Plague is really hard to contend with unless I have a Cutthroat on board. Eldrazi Displacer also allows negation of my Hangarbacks, not to mention flickering my other ping effects.
What are your thoughts on the deck? Does the concept have merit, and if so, how can I improve it?
So it's repeatable Polymorph for enchantments that will always get at least one use out of itself. It definitely seems like the kind of card you could build around. Have this and Eldrazi Conscription be the only enchantments in your deck, and it's a pretty good combo piece. A bit pricy for the concept to really be competitive, though. Could arguably be playable and fair at 2WW, considering it does nothing the turn it comes out. Would have loved this in Theros.
Manawurm
Hybrid G/R/B
Creature - Wurm
Manawurm enters the battlefield as a copy of target land. It’s still a creature in addition to its other types.

Rather than go with the Abzan infinite combo, I realized that the inclusion of Flayer Drone and Impact Tremors makes this deck exceptionally consistent.
The core of the deck is as follows:
Ping outlets:
Zulaport Cutthroat: Siphons whenever something dies. Synerizes with Nantuko Husk, Smothering Abomination and Altar's Reap.
Impact Tremors: Pings whenever something hits the board, and harder to remove than the creature-based pieces. Synergizes with Catacomb Sifter, Hangarback Walker, Carrier Thrall, Blisterpod and Sifter of Skulls.
Flayer Drone: Pings with colorless creatures and allows stonewalling in multiples. (6 first strike damage is hard to get through.) Synergizes with the above as well, though only with half of Carrier Thrall.
Utility creatures:
Blisterpod, Carrier Thrall and Hangarback Walker: Makes one or more creature tokens upon death.
Catacomb Sifter: Makes a token, and allows consistency with the aid of the numerous sac outlets.
Sifter of Skulls: Staples a Blisterpod effect on all of your non-token creatures. Effectively a win con with 2 or more of the ping pieces on board.
