Great ideas and good use of staples. We might want to look into recursion as well if Zur dies to wrath effects. I will provide more feedback when I come back from work later.
Sad to see no replies to this thread yet.
Anyway, I am also trying out Zur the Enchanter as well and I find cards which have high CMCs should be avoided.
You might want Phyresis to work with Proliferate abilities and Inkmoth Nexus. Also, Luminarch Ascension and other enchantments with counters works with Proliferate.
I find Zur the Enchanter to be purely a voltron deck.
during all my playtesting the deck has been having amazing records.
Haha. That's nice to hear.
I feel that no more amendments should be made as the FMN results should give a gauge of where the deck can perform to, plus constant playtesting is a great way to keep the deck in the right tempo.
3x Brimstone Mage to 3x Hypnotic Specter/Nighthawk Vampire
2x Goblin War Paint to 3x Vampire Hexmage
2x Mind Rot to 2x Duress
2x Doom Blade to 1x Haunting Echoes
3x Swamp to 1x Terminate and 1x Sign in Blood

Since you are running Mana Vortex, anything with >3 CMCs should be avoided. You might remove Stoneforge Mystic for another enchantment, since you have only Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots?
Also, since this is a multiplayer deck, I think running some UB control helps. You might want to look at Venser, the Sojourner, Painful Quandary (not a good choice due to 3BB), Energy Flux, Mortify, Web of Inertia, Gravestorm, Underworld Dreams, Fact or Fiction, and Magister Sphinx.

Searching through my cache of cards, I came across Conquer, Dwarven Miner, Galvanoth, Jeweled Amulet, and Solfatara as possible card alternatives/replacement.
Assist me in discussing the possibility of the above-mentioned cards.
Thanks.
You forgot that my lands are artifacts as well with Liquimetal Coating.

White Weenie is much more powerful as agreed by CamBonenzi.
I made a deck here a week back with similar results, although on a different/slower build.
By turn 4, you are able to effectively kill the player with a Overrun with his health taken from fetchlands.

This way you can sell your Awakening Zone and Coat of Arms for some cash back.

Have you played any matches with it?
Doom Blade is extremely useful with aggro in this metagame.
I feel that Mind Rot can be replaced with something else...Having Unsummon or counter cards might prove useful.
3x Brimstone Mage to 3x Hypnotic Specter/Nighthawk Vampire
2x Goblin War Paint to 3x Vampire Hexmage
2x Mind Rot to 2x Duress
2x Doom Blade to 1x Haunting Echoes
3x Swamp to 1x Terminate and 1x Sign in Blood
Effectively your deck will become:
Creatures:
3x Hypnotic Specter
3x Vampire Hexmage
2x Gatekeeper of Malakir
Sorcery:
4x Blightning
4x Duress
4x Sign in Blood
2x Thought Hemorrhage
1x Haunting Echoes/Mind Shatter
Instant:
3x Bituminous Blast
4x Lightning Bolt
4x Terminate
4x Burst Lighting
Lands:
9x Swamp
6x Mountain
4x Dragonskull Summit

Care to elaborate? Thanks.
Some of the fixes I recommend could be replacing:
4x Planar Cleansing ---> 4x Day of Judgement
2x Keening Stones ---> 2x Jace Beleren
4x Cancel ---> 4x Negate
4x Ruin Ghost ---> 4x Path to Exile
1x Admonition Angel ---> 1x Unsummon
4x Llanowar Elves
4x Joraga Treespeaker
4x Wildheart Invoker
4x Nest Invader
4x Kozilek's Predator
2x Artisan of Kozilek
3x Hand of Emrakul
2x Ulamog's Crusher
4x Fog
2x Lurking Predators
4x Overrun
3x Skittering Invasion
Lands
20x Forests
3x Mold Adder
4x Naturalize
4x Summoning Trap
4x Vines of Vastwood
Summary:
Mana-Producers
Llanowar Elves: Efficient and self-explanatory card.
Joraga Treespeaker: Up to Level 1 and net 2 green mana.
Nest Invader, Kozilek's Predator: 0/1 spawnlings. Hehe.
Attack!
Wildheart Invoker: Its an elf itself and gains effects from Level 5's Joraga Treespeaker. An 4/3 drop plus an ability to make a creature gain trample and +5/+5.
Artisan of Kozilek, Hand of Emrakul, Ulamog's Crusher: Drop a few of this and its game over with a Overrun in play.
This deck has too many weaknesses. Creature removal owns the game. Comments?
