Well, that was tried at one point; diestoremoval.com I think it was called. It didn't really work.
Ahem. Just because you never came back doesn't mean everyone else stopped playing!
DTR has never not had at least one active game going, and though we've only got about a dozen players, it's the only place I've found where I can actually play mafia like I want to play. I grew to love this game here on MTGS and would still be playing here if it weren't for the site change blocking me. DTR really has been a decent second choice, though. At least for mafia.
Interesting. Return to Zendikar is inevitable thanks to the huge sales of that block and that they've been tying it in with other storylines so frequently, but I never expected to see Ob Nixilis back again. Happily surprised about this!
Its a draft BOMB! This poor guy though, he's always going to be picked last in the end. Like the fat kid for dodgeball.
Hill Giants are still okay in limited. Maybe 10th or 11th pick in the final pack. That might not be true for Cube though...
Also, I'm not first picking this guy if there's a JTMS alongside him, you know? You have to weigh the probability that one very good card is better than two later on. Being able to wait for signals makes him tough to pass up though...
So wait? You draft the clockwork librarian face up and can draft another card from that pack only after you return the librarian? Am I reading this right? Whats the point? Why wouldn't I just take the orginal card I wanted in the first place? Unless there are additional drating rules? Like could you force the person next to you to pick the card with the lowest cmc? Or they can only draft a certain color? That would jack people up. Maybe the conspiracy is in how you draft and not so much in how you play? This is getting stranger all the time.
Draft it, then later in the draft, take two cards instead of one. Doesn't have to be the same pick, or even the same pack. I'd be first-picking this guy every time.
Okay, ran the center section from Bugsy through some cipher software:
artifact creature cqnstruct draft cogwork librarian face up as you draft a card you may draft an additional card from that booster pack if you do put cogwork librarian into to at booster pack
Hmm... This looks like a Magic card!
Either Cube (casual) or online only (Vintage masters?).
No way they could make this work in a real tourney...
Yeah, we've gotta get a solid foot of snow on the ground before they'll be talking about that. Mind you, that would have to be over a 24 hour period or something. We've got much more than a foot already.
That's okay though. I love the snow. We don't even get enough in this area to make good use of our snowshoes though, so I'd actually be good with even more. The wife and I took Oliver out almost-camping at a nearby provincial park a couple weeks ago. We didn't spend the night, but stayed long enough for a several hour hike on the lake (Oliver rode in a sled most of the way) and a campfire to cook our dinner and some mostly warm smores. The stars outside the city are so amazing.
Speaking of which, I actually just ordered a telescope online! Looking forward to checking out Jupiter or something. I'll have to look up when and where cool stuff is going on so I can make use of this thing.

Well, it's not a Caesar cipher...
Did Grey see that one coming?
Totally. Looking forward to it.
EDIT: Whoa, new page. Congrats on the engagement, Z, and welcome to the clan!
*That's "Ravi", by the way.
Phenax is considered the god of the Returned already (no matter what colour the Returned are in a particular polis).
Besides, as the boatman, the Returned are basically the opposite of what Athreos stands for.

Oh, wait! This is the thread you're looking for: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=587432
(Short answer: Yes, he can planeswalk.)
Nah. I just think it's funny that I go to work every day in -35 and you guys are complaining that they don't shut down the city when it gets to -20.
