I was wondering if anyone has purchased these decks yet? I will buy them soon because I heard they were released at Wal-Mart recently. I will update this as soon as I get them.

It isn't against the law, but it's in the contract that Wal-Mart (sometimes) signs when they want to carry a product.

Blizzard has fined Target, Walmart, and another store in the past for selling Warcraft III: Frozen Throne early.

This is a huge misconception that Wal-Mart/Target/etc. don't get sued because they're a "big company" but they do get fined. In most cases, they are willing to pay it and go on because they're making way more profit to pay off the fine and then some.

It's more than 10 dollars per item sold.

I was playing the beta when TFT came here. I was like what the heck, the other store you mention was Futureshop/Best Buy. It was 2 weeks before the beta ended and it was in stock, I bought it quickly, and it has many many errors on the box too. Saying some heroes have techniques, which were only in beta :S

And lastly, there are at least 2 cycles of land cards, possibly 3. One of them is the cycle of duals.

OK WAIT, Dual lands such as Taiga? Savannah? Plateau? Bayou?!

What green cards other than Wall of Blossoms or Haru-Onna let you draw cards?... please let me know... (this is not sarcasm it's a real doubt)

W/U: Maybe also "combat control", like:

Ghostly Prison, Cowed by Wisdom, Windborn Muse-Orim's Chant/ War Tax , Propaganda, Collective Restraint (not to mention Arrest and so). Also something like Silent Arbiter, that is obiously "white-allinged"

They have the most cantrip card draws,
    Wirewood Savage
    Gaea's Blessing
    Bind
    Agressive Urge
    Kavu Climber
Odessey had 3 according to my memory(can't remember names)

    And other cards like
    Greater Good
    Collective Unconscious

Actually green is second best at color drawing, so it makes sense to me.

This looks so nicely designed, even if drafting is 4/3/3, who cares I wanna play constructed with these badboys!:p

First off Kamigawa block was needed to somewhat slow the environment down. Although you still couldn't anywhere give the excuse that some weird Samurai that was 2/2 needed to cost 6 mana. That whole block was improperly designed, they had like 4 people working on Champs and Betrayers from my perspective, they need to take more time with these things. Don't gimme junk either, Hasbro has money dish some out to make these cards better.

Which is exactly what I think Ravnica will do. Support Legacy, Support the new Extended, and Support T2. Vintage should stay vintage, let the veterans duke it out.

Gold cards should come more often, they show how powerful 2 colors combined can become compared to one color alone.

And Saviors had Jitte at least... Prophecy has nothing... Woe is crap...

Mirrodin's super-card was not red... It was a bunch of artifacts...

The central theme of anything is 'good people' and those that would destroy them... You may as well add this one: "Urza's Block is a magic block. Mirrodin is a Magic block."

Mercadian Masques is what brought Brainstorm and Rebels and Rishadan Port and such... It was a good set in a horrible horrible block...

In the end, all you're saying is:

After a really powerful set, everything sucks. Then, everything is righted again.

Good job! I just made your whole post obsolete... Knowing that what I said is really boring, I wouldn't make an entire post on it...

Mercadian Masques was a great set...

You do not deserve to make anymore posts.
1st off:Avatar of Woe goes for more foil then a Jitte.
2nd: thats why Affinity had a 50/50 game against red :weird4:
3rd: Thats very blatant on the "theme" if you could ellaborate on this I would gain some respect for you
4th: Your saying 2 cards made the biggest set in the block good? Ok, Kokusho, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Etheral Haze, Cranial Extraction.
5th: Great job, you just proved that there are still idiots in the world. It's people like you who voted for Bush.

Logicly a lord of zombies would have to be something like Necromancer/Lich, or else it would just be a mindless non-Lord.

I can understand this, but just to even compare to the other lords I would want him to be a zombie as well. Lord of the undead should be a playable card, and maybe zombies could make a comeback Smile

I believe it would be a gold backround like we have seen with Genju of the Realms. I had thought that maybe the cost would be somewhat like this

    [:symw:/:symg:] [:symw:/:symg:]
    Elf wizard
([:symw:/:symg:] this symbol means that the casting cost can be paid with either white mana or green mana mana)
    :symtap::symw: Gain 1 life
    :symtap::symg: Target creature gains +1/+1

It wouldnt take too much space on the top or too much rules text either.

THe only thing that makes ravager anywhere near good is that Dotv. If they ban that 1/1 for B, the world would be a better place trust me. Ravager aint bad, Disciple is. If you play an affinity deck without disciple, it takes about 6-7 turns to kill. What I think they will do is ban:
Cranial Plating:This card makes ornithopter become "bah-Roken"
Disciple:This is what made the synergy between Ravager insane.
