Maybe not so bad in an Atraxa deck. Assuming Atraxa is in play, this guy comes in as a 4/4 with flying, vigilance, deathtouch and lifelink. That's solid for 5cmc. And yes, I realize Odric is better in Atraxa, I'm saying in addition.

In a Samut deck with Samut on the table, it's a double-striking, vigilant 4/4 with haste.

This may be as close to a vanilla mythic as we ever get. 1/1 vanilla for 5 on an empty board.

    1 x 2 = 2. 2/2.

    Jesus EDH Christ.

Even in EDH this card sucks. 7 mana to recur 2 creatures, three of which is colored mana. 9 mana to get back 3 creatures? And there's a decent chance that their being 4/4's are worse than what the creature was originally. A competent EDH player wants a lot more out of their 9 mana.

What is current code? Mine says PSUMMER15OFF has expired?

As it clearly states in both the subject line and the first post, both sales were flash sales, ending at 11pm Eastern on their respective nights (6/23 and 6/26).

I plan to win so many games with this. Not because of the cards abilities, but because I'm going to get a foil of this and burn out their retinas.

Was able to get a box of Hour of Devastation the first time for under $73 after discount, and last night I sniped a near mint MPR Wasteland foil with 10 seconds on the clock for $129 after discount. Cheapest one of those on TCGP is $205!!

Just an FYI, but today, Friday June 23rd until 11pm Eastern, ebay is having a flash sale for $15 off any product over $75. I found a seller with 99.9% positive feedback with 55,000 feedback left selling boxes for just under $88 which includes shipping, so that means one box for $73 shipped.

The code is PSUMMER15OFF, it's right on the ebay home page, must have an ebay AND paypal acct of course, limit one use per paypal account, so you can't buy multiple boxes one box at a time.

Hate card for commander 2015 deck commanders

And a strictly betetr Relic of Progenitus (you choose the cards not them.)

Crook costs 2, Relic costs 1 to cast.
In the first ability of Crook, the exile costs 1. In Relic, the exile is free.
In the second ability, Relic will let you draw a card.

There's no way that choosing the target of the exile vs the fact Relic beats it in THREE instances makes Crook "strictly better". I'd argue it's not even better.

Mods, feel free to step in here. The origins of Phyrexian oil have nothing to do with Commander 2017.

If you can find misty or verdant at that price, but out the entire stock. Fetches definitely aren't going down any time soon. Get them at the bottom now if you intend on using them any time soon.

This is extremely risky advice, and I would debate the portion of your text I bolded, as they could very easily be in Iconic Masters. Seeing as that Iconic Masters will be spoiled (at least partially) at HasCon September 8-10, we only need to wait 2 1/2 months to know if they're being reprinted.

Prices for Fetches dropped by 32% on the whole with the reprint. I followed the market for these closely and that is based on the fact exactly one copy of each Fetch from the Zen set cost a total of $242 on the day they were announced as a reprint (I was on TCG within mins. of the announcement so was able to price them before any market adjustments were made; Tarn was $65, Verdant $62, Mesa $40, Misty $42, Marsh Flats $33)) and today one copy of each of the reprints is only $166 (Tarn is $47, Verdant is $42, Mesa is $24, Misty is $28, and Marsh Flats is $25).

Another reprint could cause those prices to drop by another one-third, just as they did the first time. This is why, personally, I'm holding off on buying any Fetches until we know what Iconic Masters brings, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for another reprint. Of course that could possibly backfire as a FAILURE to reprint them in IM could cause a knee-jerk uptick in price, at which point we're again playing the waiting game to find out what Masters 25 brings us mid-March 2018. I would be very surprised if they weren't reprinted in at least one of those sets. Personally I'm willing to wait until September, and make my decision then. If they aren't reprinted in IM, and the prices don't jump, I'll be making my purchase then bc March is too long to wait, even if I do believe a reprint is coming.

BTW, I have no idea where the OP is claiming to see $27 Verdant's because I went to MTGPrice.com, the website he referenced, and they are $38 there. I'm assuming that's a typo and he meant $37, but if not, then yes, he should def be buying those up.

This card is actually pretty insane in an Ezuri EDH deck. Getting to 7 mana there won't be a problem, and that + ability is insane. Untap Gaea's Cradle, Nykthos, or pair either of those with Deserted Temple and your mana dorks like Elvish Archdruid and Priest of Titania to power Ezuri's Overrun.

It's practically like setting off a PW's ultimate on the turn it comes down.

As a Commander player, I feel the The Scorpion God seem pretty weak.

For 3BR, no enter the battlefield ability, no haste and an underwhelming activated ability that cost 1BR to activate. While drawing a card whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter dies seems like a strong ability, there are only a handful of good cards that have a reasonable converted mana cost that actually put -1/-1 counters on creatures. Black Sun's Zenith and Contagion Engine come to mind as examples, but cards like Splendid Agony, Skinrender and even Soul Snuffers seem too underwhelming/gimmicky.

Are there any good card synergies with the The Scorpion God for commander that seem worth mentioning?

Liliana's Influence is pretty effective, and Midnight Banshee can be pretty brutal provided your own deck leans more heavily on black than red creatures.

Oh look, another solution to a problem that doesn't really exist.

If you think that, you spent no time on Pucatrade when it was massively successful and no time on Pucatrade when it collapsed under a series of poor decisions. Something that can replace the effectiveness of Puca in its heyday is EXTREMELY welcome.

    Card to Card
    Card to Cash
    Cash to Card

I fail to see why a points system has to insert itself to be a middleman to any of these transactions.

That failure is on you then, it's not my place to have to educate you on why these sites when run properly are beneficial. I exchanged $5,100 worth of cards (TCG mid) in 18 months on Puca while my friend moved $1,800 in roughly the same time. But I guess you're right, there's no point for these sites...
