If people show interest, I'll type up a Primer for this like I did my last deck, but I'd hate to waste the effort. Anywho, This is the Mishra Storm EDH:

Introduction To Michiko
ORIGIN OF THE DECK
When I first got introduced to EDH, I wanted to play with a underplayed general, without sacrificing power. Upon a quick gatherer check, I settled on Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker , both for her unique taxing ability, and the superb support for it her color identity supply's.
Michiko lends herself nicely to the tax/stax archetype, providing constant access to our punishing effects.
First off, I'd like to cover some of the main aspects of this deck with a little bit of depth.
Mana Ramp
Sol Ring/Mana Vault/Mana Crypt/Grim Monolith:
Only the best of the best here.
Land Tax/Tithe:
While not strictly ramp, these cards help us keep hitting our land drops, giving a bit of a boost as the game goes late, and boosting our consistency
Prison/Tax Effects
By far the most slots are devoted to this plan, as I feel that to reach the consistancy we want in a 99 card format, we need to have plenty of options for our game plan.
Lands:
The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale: Slows creature decks to a crawl, great disruption overall.
Rishadan Port: Helps the Land denial package, most usefull early.
Tectonic Edge: Also part of the land denial package. Better With crucible
Strip Mine: Top part of the land denial package. Silly With crucible
Wasteland: Also part of the land denial package. Better With crucible
Dust Bowl: Also part of the land denial package. Synergy With crucible and Flagstones of trokir.
Creatures: These also serve as the primary win conditions of the deck,
Aven Mindcensor: Nuters the opponants ability to tutor or fetch.
Linvala, Keeper of Silence: Fills a all around disruptive role, A secondary canadite for the general slot.
World Queller: Allows us to handle stubborn permenants, gets better with each other tax effect.
Glowrider: Brings up costs, slowing down the game.
Magus of the Tabernacle: Tabernacle on a solid body. Whats not to love?
Hokori, Dust Drinker: Extra Winter Orb.
Artifact/Enchantment:
Karmic Justice: Does a great job tradeing eyes of eyes, hopefully in our favor.
Martyr's Bond: Fills the same role as Karmic Justice.
Torpor Orb: Great disruption, next to no effect on the Mikiko player.
Tangle Wire: Another Great stalling card, recurable.
Forcefield: Force field does exactly what this deck wants. I was slow to grab it due to price, but man, is it worth it.
Crackdown: More Creature disruption, not as global as some.
Defense Grid: Keeps players fair,
Humility: Good creature control, keeps beaters manageable.
Sphere of Resistance: Was this or Thorn of Amethyst, and I think the global effect is more worthwhile/
Seems like semantics when people are complaining about card pool size if we are only using a small percent of cards anyway.
Yes, yes, this is the answer. we'll just have the format be 75 cards! Perfect! Just what it needs, fairness, no room to wiggle.
In serious talk, for those that didn't get the sarcasm there, having a deep card pool is very important. I'm not sure how anyone can miss that, or if it is just a irrational hate for competitive formats. A hand full of cards see play in CONSTRUCTED. The rest in LIMITED. Different formats, different needs. Do you think they should be separate sets for each format? Wizards has to supply multiple formats with single releases. I just dont get your complaint. Anywho, i think it's fine as stands. Hypergenisis will probably have to go, but other then that, looks like a long and happy road.
Mishra. Such a beautiful, flavorful card, but so useless in a singleton deck.
I've seen a couple of lists that use Mishra as a 4/4 beater and shuffling outlet. Was pretty awesome. On topic though, I'd like to build a Glissa Sunseeker edh. Soooooonnnn....

Without, My decks are mostly just the standard tier 1 fare.
Urabrask has haste, and a relevant second ability. In my testing, my turn 4 beast of a dragon was just getting jace-bounced far to often for my liking, and didn't do much but flame javelin me.
Tezzerets gambit loves you. fuel and proliferate. if your super worried about eldrazi, up the act of treason. also, urabrask is pretty solid, moreso then moltensteel, IMO
Itanshi, I would only run that as a 2-of at best if even at all IMO. The deck itself is not meant to get an abundance of artifacts into the graveyard.
It's still 2/2 or better for one, often on turn one. Few minor tweaks, it can run well in it. Also gives you a card with stats to stand up to long<er> games. All this naysayer stuff sounds just like back when Tarmogoif was spoiled. Not saying this guy is anywhere close to the goyf, but he's along the same lines.

Chronomantic Escape: Solid, repeatable disruption.
Armageddon/Ravenges of war: Goes a long way with the mana denia;
Moat:Another Card I was slow to pick up, and very glad I did. Just stops so many decks in there tracks.
Smokestack: Oh smokestack. Good disruption, great synergy with sundail of the infinate.
Parallax Wave: A few nice tricks to helping this work. that said, its fine on it's own, handleing at least temporaryaly most threats
Winter Orb: Winter orb is a disruption staple for a reason.
Suppresion Field:
Ghostly Prison: Clasic battlefield bogger.
Arena of the Ancients: Helps a huge amount with most general-based decks.
Meekstone: battlefield bogger
Mishra's Helix: Taping down lands
Static Orb: Great disruption.
Orb of Dreams: Also helps slow the game to a crawl.
Storage Matrix: Helps slow down the game. not as powerfull as some, but like the rest, it gets better with more pieces.
Removal:
Prison Term/ Forced Worship: Great shutdown cards, moveable.
Seal of Cleansing: Personal preferance. could be any number of Artifact/Enchantment removal
Oblivion Ring: Good all around removal.
Day of Judgment, Wrath of God, Hallowed burial.: Board whipes help if what pressure you opponant has can force thru your defences.
Path To Exile, Swords To Plowshares: do I need to explain?
Planeswalkers:
Karn Liberated: More control.
Giddion Jura: Giddion can force creatures into Michiko, handle troblesome guys, and win games by himself.
