So we now have all the 15 Mythics? After one week, thats nice. Well next week, what will we get? Is all the Value done or is there still room for some surprises?

Knowing what we have today, the filter-land cycle is out at least as far as the full ten go. The Vivid lands could fit but then the 3 Urza-Tron lands couldn't fit. Grove of the Burnwillows and Horizon Canopy are still possibilities of course. 1-2 more lands and this cycle should be mappable.

So far only 1 rare I'd rather not pull (etched monstrosity), though still more to be spoiled. I love the fact almost every mythic will be a money mythic but wonder what that'll do to pack prices. This is surely going to be a fun set to draft!
It is a fitting reprint in a limited set where Metalcraft and therefore artifacts will be a thing that matters. Also, that edition artwork pritning has an unreasonably high price for something that sees play in a small number of sideboards.
I always thought the high price of 10ed Recall was because it is one of the few black bordered versions of the card and it's an essential card in eternal formats (mostly T1). I expect it to fall in price maybe to 4-5$
That is the reason why the antiquities and 10th are so high. of all printings only two are black border and I know for myself I prefer black bordered cards.
any ideas on the white mythics?? I think at least 2 white mythics are slotted but can think of 3 that desperately need to be reprinted: Iona, Shield of Emeria, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Linvala, Keeper of Silence. Which one doesn't make it?? I personally really would like Linvala to make it cause she is, imo, the most playable of the 3 in modern.
Edit: just remembered FTV: Angels. I think whichever of Iona or Linvala doesn't make the cut for MM15 gets into the FTV.
How can All is Dust be in the set when collector card #1 has already been confirmed as Emrakul? Are they no longer going with the same system for card #s?
Good eye. I personally think the only "colorless" mythics will be the Eldrazi titans, Mox Opal, and Karn Liberated leaving All is Dust out. Also why is the Mtg salvation MM 15 spoiler showing Fulminator mage as mythic?? I don't think that's really a mythic creature imo.
So today I bought a pack of Khans and pulled a Sorin, Solemn Visitor and noticed it was missing the typical holo stamp. I don't expect it to affect its value at all but I'm wondering how often have people encountered this issue. Seems like it could happen quite a bit.
What are the chances of a shatterstorm reprint in mm15? Also if it does I think gets bumped back up to rare due to anti regen clause and creeping corrosion is at rare.
If they want to sell a lot of packs they can just put tarmogoyf or liliana of the veil in magic origins. People don't like format warping cards typically. It's a wait and see but I'm not expecting snapcaster to be reprinted in magic origins or any other standard legal set especially if they bring back any powerful instant/sorcery from magics past in magic origins, which wouldn't be surprising like if original counterspell was in magic origins snapcaster would never be put in for example as that would be one of the stupidest things ever done by WotC.
So would you say pick Snapcaster Mage up now if you need them?
Well, that's just it. If you are going to pay more than $15, you are paying a premium to have them now. If you are someone like me who doesn't need them immediately, doesn't play Standard, and can wait three months for prices to fall. It's all about where you are on the demand curve - I don't feel a need to have the cards immediately, so I am not going to pay the premium to have them on launch day.
I do think that price memory is having an effect, and I think that there are a lot of people who are going to get burned thinking that fetchlands will stay above $15 in the intermediate term (say, from January 1 through Sept. 1, I don't see $15 being sustainable - once KTK is out of print, sure.)
And the idea that stores can just get together and collude to charge $110 for boxes is simply untrue, and it's illegal in the U.S. Yes, $110 may hold in the short term until the initial wave of demand passes, but this set will be printed to demand and prices will fall to a more moderated level. I have zero doubt that you will see $15 or less fetchlands by the first of the year.

I would be truly shocked if any foil fetch sells below $50. I suspect this set will be opened as much as, if not more, than RtR.
That is precisely why they would sell for below $50. Not even Deathrite Shaman foils reached $50 before they were banned in Modern, and they were practically ubiquitous in Modern (and still are in Legacy).

I will say this great theory and I have no idea when they'll show up again but I'm fairly certain they will be new iterations of the Eldrazi since the Annihilator mechanic annoyed too many people. Likely new versions of Eldrazi for standard and a Modern Masters reprint for the originals.
Well my favorite Magic card is Blinkmoth Nexus due to it being my very first rare out of my first pack I purchased ten years ago this year:) Thus my love of non basic lands began, particularly man-lands. Ironically I got into the game when many people were leaving the game due to the absurdly stupid "affinity" decks of standard at the time. Was hooked from that moment on:) just an amazing game still after all these years. Sad to see my original block become corrupted, but was part of the original story. Inkmoth Nexus printing warmed my heart quite a bit. Long live Mirrodin!
