Lands seem good but people are right: the amount you can do with lands is much smaller than enchantments; design space for lands is not dead but the choices of what you can do with them is much smaller in comparisons to enchantments.
It also seems that <good> enchantments are rarer than lands, but when theyre strong its notable. Im fairly sure the community can come up with interesting enchantment ideas should it win.
I would love a "clone" planeswalker, in the way that one of his abilities allows him to clone other planewalkers such as:
"
Xerox Kinkos UU
planeswalker- Xerox
+1: Look at the top 3 cards of your library and put them back in any order
-2: ~ becomes a copy of target planeswalker, except that it keeps the ~ type and abilities
-6: You gain an emblem with "creatures you control may come into the battlefield as copies of another creature"
2
"
It would likely make sense as a changeling planeswalker, and obviously comes from lorwyn. Its story could revolve around how it takes the form of other planeswalkers and lives their life causing trouble for them once they come back.
Obviously it would be U but could very well be U/G or U/B depending on the setting/tone you want to give him.
Im going to call fake just because of the background given for the card.
That given the design is great, definitely and back breaking to aggro decks but not something they cant come back from. I would actually love this card to be real.
Stab Wound hands down. In both prereleases I played, Stab Wound won me games in most of my matches almost by itself.
Inaction Mandate was also a HUGE gain. Never did I draw it where it was a dead card and in many cases it was a big tempo advantage that allowed me to win games.
Archon, despite giving some signals its the kind of bomb that if it sticks will just win the game. Ill take my luck with the signals than pass such a bomb to my side and know he is well off into a good azorious deck.
Im going Golgari because I believe it to be the strongest limited build:
1. Scavenge is an amazing limited mechanic, even the weaker scavenge cards can provide 2 +1/+1 counters and make a "grizzly bear" into a very efficient beater. The fact that the counters came off already decent cards is gravy.
2. Black base gives access to removal, which is known to be great in limited. Green base also gives me decent splashable creatures and the combination has very good mid range picks.
3. Going golgari allows me to easily go in what I think is the most efficient off guild splashes: White (Selesnia) or Red (Rakdos). Rakdos gives me extra aggressive creatures to the more mid-range Golgari picks and of course a wealth of possible removal options. Selesnia does the same but rather than agressive cards it gives me solid options to complement the deck, it also gives me the white removal to complement the deck.
4. Having a green base also allows me to use the mana fix which is more important than ever as its likely a 3 color deck is the bet you can use.
5. Limited aside there are a lot of rare green/black options that I want for constructed which is just a bonus in my eyes to a very nice limited base.
All of this is leading the the new DCI floor rules where countering an opponent's spell counts as Unsportsmanlike Conduct Infraction.
Kidding aside I dont see the validity of the complaints. There being no good counters and plenty of counter hate is no more a shot at blue decks than there being no good Burn spells is to Red or there being no good discard/removal for Black.
People who play blue have to learn to play without depending on a wall of counterspells to win and just understand there is absolutely no rule about counterspells having to be good. In fact im exited at such a change since it will allow (force) people to explore blue's alternate strategies.
Phyrexian Metamorph enters the Battlefield as a copy of a valid creature or artifact. As its coming into play the Behemoth (and the other 28 cards) are not in play and as such not legal copy targets for the metamorph.
Damage dealt to a player can be redirected to a planeswalker he controls instead.
In you example Magmaquake directly deals damage to a planeswalker, and never was close to dealing damage to a player.
If the Magmaquake was instead an Earthquake you cast, the damage that would be dealt to a opponent *may* be redirected to a planeswalker instead he controls instead.
Fake card, as other posted the copyright is what gives it away.
We have at least one card that will come in return to Ravnica: Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Although it is hard to make but you can faintly see what part of the card "Wizards of the Coast LLC" text begins and from it you can roughly deduce that the 1993-2012 is still present unlike the card revealed.
It might require some zooming but you can see the "W" from Wizards of the Coast at the start of the red box.
Nice mockup, if it werent for the utter broken abilities it has i wouldve have thought it was possible.
Other than that other people are right. It captures none of the flavor the color combination would provide (closest ability would be the broken ultimate) and it completely fails at what she herself would represent (from what i know of her she would most def. invoke some sort of leviathan)

Treasury Thrull
High Priest of Penance
Vizkopa Confessor
Smog Elemental
Righteous Charm
Orzov Guildgate
Kingpin's Pet
Syndic of Tithes
Angelic Edict
Devour Flesh
Grisly Spectacle
Slate Street Ruffian
Syndicate Enforcer
Zarichi Tiger
Dutiful Thrull
Basilica Guards
Fits well with simic and I can definitely see some interesting things with that.

Modified Detention Sphere 1BW
When ~ enters the battlefield, Exile another target non-land permanent.
When ~ leaves the battlefield, return the exiled permanent to play.
Whenever a player cast a spell with the same name as the exiled card, that player loses 3 life.
how about a B/W Karmic Guide?
How about a angel with a ability like on elesh norn?
A wrath angel that destroys all other things when it comes in?
The point is there is a bunch of options you can stick into a BW angel that does not make it a reprint of Desolation Angel.
