Qetu, you get more damage if you save the 4 counters for the first hit of the double strike. The reason to save them is the fact that you might need life to survive his attack or needed to take out a blocker.
Here's my plan with this.
Turn two: Lightning Greaves
Turn three: Skyhunter Skirmisher
Turn four: This equipment and equip it and the greaves. Go to town for 4 counters.
Turn five: Go to town with a 9/9 double striker for every turn now on.
The Mirror Gallery card is going to be number one in causing rules headaches, since one of the reasons that cards get made Legendary is that having two in play isn't handled well by the rules. This was specifically mentioned as the reason for Krark's Thumb being Legendary.
Does anyone remember a saturday school or something like that which said what would happen with two or more thumbs in play? I sure do! It's like they were giving small clues of what might happen. Even though I always thought there was going to be a card like this, just that it would only affect one card (card name).
Well this counterspell lets you see the person's hand...
Player A: I play Sundering Titan.
Player B: I counter that, now let me see your hand
Player A reveals a TnN.
Player B: Ah crap.
As you see once you counter the spell it shows you what you should have countered.
metalhead, the Inames are good but I find only the green one to help out alot. In my version of this deck (which is block) I run a Life and no Deaths (I only have one life and two deaths). I find that the death one doesn't work well unless you already have a life in play. The life is the ability you want after a greed so you can play all the critters again.
I also find the mana base small in this version. You should maybe add another mountain or two (to make 20 lands) so that when you get a rage you won't always have to go searching but it's all preference. Though if you add the Life aspect I'd increase the mana base and remove the All Suns' Dawn because Iname does that better.
In place of devouring Rage I'd add in Hideous Laughter. This card will help your mana base for when you come into problems with getting a red mana. It might not do damage like the Rage but it can be used to take out attackers as well.
Runeteacher though you are right on how they should reprint geddon the thing is he said in the artical that some of this may or may not be true. He did it in bold letters too. So I'm guessing that he said geddon was out because he told us alot of stuff we already knew and he hopes we think he said all facts and no lies.
So to summerize, I bet my money that geddon will be back because they seem to be pushing WW and he bolded the words may or may not.
Edit: I also read the list again and I saw another lie. He talked of a blue creature that gave mana excelleration to blue that was dropped near the end of devellopment. Well we all know it exists as a 7 mana creature with - 2: Put two lands into play tapped.
This further proves that geddon will most likely be in BoK and make WW run around mad. Plus it will kill TnN in that match up.

I liked them too. I wish they'd make a novel with small back stories for all of the legends in this block. I think it would be a good read.
