Quote from Frozen Fire »Assuming the new tango lands won't see modern play (most likely scenario), will they fall to the 5$ range of the temples at their time of release?
There is little reason to believe they will not see play in Modern. Even by that assumption, the lands will not be under 7-8 to until the time after the fetchlands rotate out and better dual land are printed in standard. Lands generally go up and do not fall too much. That is why I encourage people to get them now, becaue they will not be much cheaper than they are right now until their time in Standard is over.
Prospects for a draft are very good when I can take this, but look rather grim when I have to pass this.
This seems fine but unexciting. Cast triggers are not as fun as enter the battlefield triggers, sine you typically only to get use them once.
This card is the bear minimal for playable card.
The whole eight mana colorless thing is nice as well as the emerge cost. this has a real good effect and decent stats. I feel like there is a good card lurking around in there.
This card is insane and a real menace to deal with.
I remain in steadfast in that 2/x's for 2 are almost always good enough.
This thing is all kinds of holy hell.
I would like to say that I am not crazy enough to run this in my deck, but it is not too much of a reach I want it in some of my grindy or heavy madness decks.
Planeswalkers are almost always good in Limimted. I was lucky enough to open her in my Prerelease and she dominated the board. Her ultimate is downright disgusting. I ended up with like 40 tokens before my opponent conceded. I hope that is not my last time opening her in Limited.
