I also don't see the interation with that three card combo you have there, how does it work?
Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Thawing Glaciers together read X: Search your library for X Basic Lands and put them into play tapped. Return Thawing Glaciers to your hand at end of turn.
With your various landfall guys, this is pretty good, especially since it can happen at Instant speed.
Crop Rotation is just a very good tutor for the Thawing Glaciers (or any other land you'd care to include). If you decide to include the combo, some land/creature tutors wouldn't be untoward. There's plenty of inexpensive (monetarily at least) ways to do both.
An under-utilized approach is to Copy Kaho's ability (Rings of Brighthearth or Illusionist's Bracers) to cast 2 spells with the same CMC, for a few mana cheaper, and a turn or 2 quicker.
I'm a fan of Zo-Zu the Punisher. He's a cheap foily, has an impact on the board, and can be built any number of ways: Goblin Tribal, Voltron, mono-red stax...
Illusionist's Bracers: In addition to being nuts with Walking Atlas, Arcanis, Master Transmuter, and Dreamscape Artist, Kaho can use it Illusionist's Bracers to double up on spells with the same converted mana cost.
Hidden Strings: Haven't drawn this yet, so unsure how it will work out. It seems nuts with the various tap effects in the deck.
Quiet Speculation: While it pretty much takes a 5 color list to pull off, Quiet Speculation has been absolute aces for me. Flashback has gotten some really good cards recently.
Last night, I foiled out the last card in Horde of Notions. Many games were had. Prophet of Kruphix and Seedborn Muse, recent additions, proved to be real power houses. Horde of Notions attacked as an 18/18 with Double Strike, Lifelink and Death Touch in addition to his usual host of abilities. Last Stand killed two people, and the 3rd was overrun by 26 1/1 Saprolings, and a Maelstrom Wanderer.
Good Times were had. To Shiny Foils and Long Term Projects!
I expect to get more use out of the 2013 packs: Doubling Season #2, the new land searches... and the tempting cycle. I might use as many as 10 non-generals.
I forgot to mention the Cycling lands! If you're running Life From the Loam, you should at least consider them, and Realms Uncharted. A nifty card advantage engine, at very little cost.
@esoteric117: I can't comment on the others, but Rubblehulk, Silverblade Paladin, and Wrecking Ogre added a whole new level too my list. By themselves they enable quick general kills. I don't think I cast Rubblehulk EVER if I can bloodrush it instead. Giving Horde of Notions the extra damage to end the game is just so much better.

As a result, Walking Atlas and other similar effects are pretty good (Thawing Glacier's returns at End of Turn, put it into play during someone else's turn). Burgeoning, Budoka Gardener, Sakura-Tribe Scout, Skyshroud Ranger all do similar things. If you decide to go in this direction, Horn of Greed and Seer's Sundial make for good card advantage engines.
I was really describing a landfall package. I was on a phone when i made my first post; sorry if I was unclear.
With only 2 ETB creatures, Torpor Orb seems fantastic.
I was personally thinking about Thawing Glaciers, Stone-Seeder Hierophant, Crop Rotation as a neat land engine.
Dreamscape Artist may be better for you than Surveyor's Scope .
Hall of the Bandit Lord is pretty good at giving Kaho haste.
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, or some other way of playing Kaho at instant speed might be fun.

Cryptic Command + Fact or Fiction
Jace's Ingenuity + Desertion/Spin into Myth
etc...
Good luck. I like Kaho... but she's hard not to turn into a combo machine.
I personally went with a Storm theme: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=532506
Zo-Zu is my first general, who causes collective groans when cloned, but no one ever wants to...
Second Sunrise or Faith's Reward combo well with several of your other cards.
Sanctum Gargoyle is an Artifact Creature that could replace or be played in addition to Razor Hippogriff.
You'll probably want a few more answer's to Null Rod or Stony Silence.
Cranial Plating seems like it would be a blast in here.
And if you're running Second Sunrise, Faith's Reward, and Cranial Plating (and a big dude or 2), Disciple of Bolas is Aces.
Treasure Mage is just plain awesome.
Scarecrone
Those are some of my random thoughts. If you detail what direction you'd like to take the list, we might have more feedback.
Good luck.
Thanks.
The deck has become much more of a spell slinger. Kiki-Jiki and the utility creatures have left.
In their place, horrible looter effects! Faithless Looting, Wild Guess, Burning Inquiry, and Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded all serve to fill the graveyard.
Psychosis Crawler, Ignite Memories, Acidic Soil, and Grim Lavamancer join the list to up the burn count, and in Grim Lavamancer's case: Be a Wizard for Diviner's Wand.
I'm currently looking to fit in either Dreamstone Hedron, Thran Dynamo, or one of the Gloves.
Just a small sample:
Ancient Grudge
Ray of Revelation
Memory's Journey
Deep Analysis
Deep Reconnaissance
Divine Reckoning
Dread Return
Increasing Ambition
Increasing Vengeance
Momentary Blink
Tracker's Instincts
Unburial Rites
Good Times were had. To Shiny Foils and Long Term Projects!
Since you're running Life from the Loam, You might consider the onslaught Cycling lands (Tranquil Thicket and company).
-Shard Convergeance
-5 lands of your choice
+Realms Uncharted
+5 Onlaught Cycle Lands
And you've got a cute card advantage engine, tucked into your land search. Realms Uncharted is especially great with Duals.
Instead of Birds of Paradise: Walking Atlas or Budoka Gardener; What they lack in evasion, they make up for in synergy with Life from the Loam, Shard Convergence, Tithe, Thawing Glaciers, and your large draw spells.
