Phyrexian Unlife and Phyrexian mana would make getting to zero a lot easier.
While it seems like an interesting idea to run Death's Shadow, Fling, and Phyrexian Unlife in the same deck, with Immolating Souleater of course, that would still be three colors and perhaps a little hard to pull off. Running eight fetchlands could fuel Death's Shadow, but would hurt the Immolating Souleater stategy at the same time. However, we could just splash black, since Death's Shadow only costs one, and that wouldn't be too hard. I also like that you can have two Phyrexian Unlifes in play at the same and not have to pay double the cost like you do with other Lich effects. You could play two and have a backup to protect against removal.
We could call the deck "Suicide Boros" or "Suicide Oros"
EDIT: I don't think getting to -7 life would give Death's Shadow +7/+7, would it?
Immolating Souleater and Fling could equal a turn 3 win, But that's only if:
1) The opponent has no blockers.
2) The opponent has no removal or counters.
3) You're still at 19 or 20 life (or 17 if you have a red mana available).
4) They don't bolt you after you pump the Souleater.
That said, it would still be awesome if you could pull it off. There is no way they would see it coming, first game at least.
I used to play an infinite turn Pyromancer Ascension deck when Time Warp was still in standard. I'm glad that Pyromancer Ascension may be viable again. Remember that Staggershock may work in this deck, since rebound says "cast". Another bit of good news, I heard that wizards was just trying out scry in m11, and it probably won't be in m12. If that is correct, than Ponder may retake the spot Preordain has in m12, and they will once again both be in standard. It will only be until Innistrad, though, but Pyromancer Ascension will be leaving at that time as well, so it doesn't really matter.
This standard talk is interesting and all, but I want to mention something else.
Do you think wizards commissions multiple arts for certain cards, then chooses the better one for the set and uses the other one for a promo? I mean, some people do like the promo arts for several cards better than the normal art, but, in general, the art used for the normal version is better (in my opinion). Plus, it often seems the artists for both versions were given the same art description, but portrayed it in different ways. These new titans plus the M11 prerelease Sun Titan are good examples. Other examples include Alara Cancel and player rewards Cancel, MBS Signal Pest and Gateway Signal Pest, MBS Hero of Bladehold and Prerelease Hero of Bladehold, M10 Vampire Nocturnus and Prerelease Vampire Nocturnus. The arts appear to be based off the same art description but are different enough that you know one wasn't based off each other. This is usually less apparent for cards based off of concept art since both artists had the same specific character to portray, like Betrayers Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni and Prerelease Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni or Alara Ajani Vengeant and Prerelease Ajani Vengeant. I'm only talking about more recent-ish blocks of course, since there is no way it could be the case for new promos of old cards.
As I said, this is not always the case. It is a matter of preference after all. I personally prefer the prerelease Sun Titan.
First they edited Finest Hour to have Gideon instead of the Bant knight (Rafiq?). Then they made it zoom out from Finest Hour to the art for Immersturm just to make it look like Gideon was in an epic battle. It was all for effects, and had nothing to do with the story.
I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but the phyrexian box art for Karn looks like the art for Corrupted Conscience, but with some other stuff photoshopped on as well. That plus the near proof of of a good Karn due to the aforementioned Argent Mutation and the fact that the good Karn box art will be used somewhere, leads me to lean towards the next set being Mirrodin Pure. That said, I want it to be New Phyrexia.
Progenitus might suit Father better. He is the "progenitor" of the homunculi after all. Plus it's really hard to stop/kill (like Father).
Darksteel Plate could work well for greed. It fits both the idea of unbreakable skin and the fact that he possessed another body (Equip it to the card that represents Ling Yao for bonus points).
Whatever card is used to represent Scar must have deathtouch, or something similar.
Cryptoplasm or Vesuvan Doppelganger would make a better Envy in my opinion, because they can keep changing what they copy so you aren't stuck with your first choice for as long as Clone remains on the battlefield.
Teysa, Orzhov Scion, hands down. Definitely the most powerful of the three, and really fun even without the combo. Lots of tokens and instant speed exile equals good times.
In my group, we are perfectly fine with proxying cards you own that are in other decks, and dual lands.
We are of the general consensus that no one should have to make a worse deck than they could just because they don't want to spend money on expensive cards that they aren't going to use anywhere else. Thus, we allow proxies for things like dual lands, which are expensive and staples, but not particularly broken. We still frown upon people who proxy busted/annoying cards like moat just to make their deck broken.
Man, the white phyrexians are turning out to be the creepiest looking of the bunch. Elesh Norn's silhouette even looks creepier than the silhouettes of the other praetors. I'm really digging it!
Yeah, Gibbering Descent would be nice if you could keep it active. That way only your opponents would have to pay the upkeep costs on their permanents. However, hellbent can be hard to keep going, and it can be a fairly big disadvantage to have an empty hand. You have to be running black too. Black doesn't have many tax effects, but it does have a lot of tutors.

Spirit of the Night would make a better Pride than Magus of the Abyss in my opinion. Magus of the Abyss would actually be a great representation of Gluttony (for multiple reasons).
