I honestly think Niv-Mizzet should be number 1, or at least 2. I can say with confidence that I'd much rather have a niv mizzet than a skeletal vampire.
Actually, I think the top 5 should look more like this:
1 Niv Mizzet, the Firemind
2 Savage Twister
3 Skaargan Firebird
4 Skeletal Vampire
5 Culling Sun (considering the high number of < 3 costing solid creatures...see Silhana Ledgewalker.)
Considering Ive been drafting izzet like crazy, i think niv mizzet should definitely not be in the top 5. Invoke the Firemind is a card that fits in the izzet strategy far better (Is an instant or sorcery, can be recurred via chronarch, can find many other instants or sorceries) and i think invoke should therefore be higher than Niv-Mizzet. Culling Sun should be in the top 20 for sure, but I dont think it should be higher than Angel of Despair personally, but thats just me.
Invoke the firemind should be in AT least the top 10.
