I decided to dig deeper by looking at Regal's SEC Filings
From their filing
"As of December 27, 2012, we employed approximately 22,056 persons. The Company considers its employee relations to be good."
I do not know if the 5000 was made up. Seems pretty egregious if it was. Or if the 5000 was the estimated employees effected.
I work at a regal theater, and, excluding our 2 salaried managers, out of our about 30 employees, only 5-6 (4 of those being managers) would average out throughout the year at 30hrs/week or above. So that's 17-20% of the employees at our location. Assuming that most locations would have similar results: 20% of 22,000 is 4400 x $2000 is $8.8 million/year increase.
I saw somewhere else in the thread that REG makes 300 million/year in profit. 8.8 is not quite 3% of 300.
I've been playing with this list in the tourney practice room on mtgo and it's actually been winning a fair amount. I'm just looking for card ideas that could make the deck better even though I know it will never be actually competitive on a tournament level.
This deck is kind of all about making quest for the goblin lord good and it pretty much succeeds. The card is quite good and gives the deck a lot of power and explosiveness.
I've tried goblin kings but I switched them for signal pests because they kind of sucked and were expensive and signal pest is cheap and another artifact for rebirth which btw is quite powerful.
So if you have any ideas for cards that would be good please share them.
Have you play tested Ichor Wellspring in place of the bauble? It keeps your hand filled, and is never sad to be pitched to kuldotha.
Also, you should probably consider Lightning Bolt and Goblin Grenade. Nade can be especially good with war marshal.
Maybe Siege-Gang Commander as a 1 or 2 of? I mean, the card practically triggers quest by itself.
Eitherway, I would at least take out the Goblin Wardrivers. Never really liked the card. And unlike pest, it doesn't have evasion.
edit: too bad Goblin Sledder isn't Modern legal..I think it could have found a home in here quite nicely.
edit edit: And what about Goblin Guide? This guy can win games all by himself.
Wild Mongrel > Aquamoeba. Brainstorm is awesome, but you would probably want to run a couple more fetches to get full use out of it.
Also, Frantic Search > Careful Study. Not only is it instant speed (allowing you to play your madnes creatures at instant speed), but it's practically free! The only downside is that it's banned, and that turns some people off.
4 Poxes can be a lot--I personally like to run 3.
I never really liked Funeral Charm whenever I had it in my deck. Leyline of the Void maindeck?
You don't really want to draw into a bunch of Nether Spirits, so you maybe should only run 1 or 2.
4 Infest may be a bit overkill.
The only time I've ever considered Jennifer Aniston hot was in Horrible Bosses when she had black hair. She looks A LOT better with black hair. Even then, I certainly wouldn't call her hottest woman ever.

Planeswalkers caused it to spike up when they first came out, and it's slowly risen ever since.

Duress/Inquisition of Kozilek/Thoughtseize are your best friends
But you can't shock your opponents with Night's Whisper.
