The white one:
Feels very disconnected. I would change it to something with some synergy or at least relation. It's also a bit weaker than the others.
The blue one:
This is probably not really broken, but reads to me much better than the others.
The black one:
I think it would be cool if the first ability was "Destroy target creature" and the second ability was "target creature card from a graveyard," but that might be a bit too good.
The red one:
This doesn't feel red at all to me. -1/-1 counters in red is only really for Phyrexia.
The green one:
The abilities should definitely be the other way. Overall, I think it'd be cool if all of these had synergy like this.
Theros is really flavorful but I dont get the flavor of the Titan at all. How and why does this guy give every human the ability to deal damage?
It's a reference to Prometheus, the titan who stole fire from the gods to give it to the humans. The R: +1/+0 ability is often called Firebreathing in honor of the first card to grant it.
EDIT: Wait, hold on, I read the card wrong. Scratch that.
I think the ultimate should be worded as "Target opponent gets an emblem with 'At the beginning of your upkeep, for each creature you control, sacrifice that creature unless you pay 2 life.'"
Unfortunately, X cascade spells don't actually work since Cascade uses CMC, and the CMC of X spells counts the X as 0. It would be pretty awesome if it did, though.
Unless I'm reading it wrong, Eerie Memory looks really good. 2 for 1 at worst on a three mana unconditional kill spell? Compare to Unmake or Mortify.
The problem with bloodrush creatures with abilities like Guzuri Grunt's is that they don't work if you play them mid-combat, and so provide confusion and anti-synergy.
I don't have a problem with Social Predation, but the abilities feel a bit disconnected.
Fissure Blast is a better Stone Rain, and I'm pretty sure 2RR is too low for land sweep nowadays, not to mention really oppressive.
Remember that either weak or degenerate is not a good place to be. You want there to be some point where your mechanic plays in a fun, fair way that doesn't feel like one player abusing the mechanic. That said, I really like some of your designs, especially the Twisted Skulltaker. Commons are hard to do well, but that's a good one. I think Derail might be a bit too complicated for NWO, though.
WOTC needs to stop printing clear constructed plants in products like this. It's not the proper place for them. Players would get MUCH, MUCH more utility out of a legacy legal only special product that contains reprints and constructed cards, but is designed for limited play. (i.e. Legacy Masters, but also including some new cards that are likely to see play in Legacy, but too good for Standard).
It's not really good for anyone (except the LGS) to have the price on Commander products jacked up because they contain Legacy staples. Commander players can't get their product at MSRP. Legacy players have to find hard to get, expensive staples for not really any good reason.
You can make Commander products with solid reprints and new Commander cards, without sticking obvious legacy plants that aren't even good in Commander. True Name Nemesis is horrible in a Commander game that's not 1 v. 1. It just makes you an enemy at the table without much payoff. If that player is eliminated, you are stuck with a worthless 3/1.
This. This. Very much this. Wizards, please take note.

Oh, really? That's awesome, then.
