I have 2 free slots in my colourless section, which 5-colour lands would people add next? The options are effectively what wtwlf suggested to ravnic plus Reflecting Pool right?
Indeed. Aside from what you listed, our group has had plenty of success running Reflecting Pool (though borderline) and Gemstone Mine. Never gave Undiscovered Paradise much of a second look, but Thran Quarry seems downright awful. If I had to run a card like that I'd be happier with Meteor Crater, and I don't particularly want to run that ever.

Swords to Plowshares
May 12, 2016I try to get it going in my area with basically no success. People brush it off as "not a real format" or "solved."Posted in: Variant Commander
I find "solved" to be particularly obnoxious. So what if we know what the best decks are? Playing EDH is rarely about playing the BEST deck, it's about having fun. Why should we view Tiny Leaders any differently?
I've built all of my tiny leaders decks out of strategies that I love, but would struggle to make work in EDH. Where else could I possibly try to pull off Pinger tribal, ffs?
May 4, 2016There's some good discussion on this topic going on here:Posted in: Magic General
Plenty of casual werewolf deck ideas floating around the boards.
Apr 14, 2016Posted in: Market Street CaféQuote from World_Peace »So what's everyone working on? I'm currently dumping points into foiled pauper decks, plus a few EDH and eternal odds and ends. Also wishing that I hadn't lost my relentless dead to flip it or rip it at the prerelease.
Currently I'm working on putting together a pauper battle box. I don't have nearly as many Chainer's Edicts as I need and at that price I might have to figure something else out, because they show up in every deck in that format. Picking up foils for my Cube as usual too.
Also trying to finish up foiling out my Imperial Animar EDH deck, though the banning of Gaea's Cradle in 1v1 has left me kinda down. On top of that I've always got some kind of EDH deck under construction.
Currently, though, still struggling with a massive shipment that went awry. I wrote about it some pages back and I won't really get into it, but I have about 27K that I may or may not ever receive, depending on the admins' decision. I've been going back and forth for about a month on it now.

Would you be able to use a larger envelope with some added cardboard stock (i.e. cereal box material) to bulk it up a bit? Unless you're sending cards inches thick, the bubblewrap does nothing that cardstock wouldn't do.
Wouldn't do anything the hard plastic top loader isn't already doing, but it wouldn't cause any issues. I'm not sure at what weight it starts to cost more than $2.54, but a bigger envelope and a little cardboard stock is pretty unlikely to push the limit there.
Apr 8, 2016Posted in: Market Street CaféQuote from Dio »Quote from ajprokos »Quote from Dio »So an update to that case I was talking about a few weeks ago, since I had tracking the case admin gave me the points but also gave the recipient the discount he wanted "because of his trading history". If you sent a card that spiked overnight, you MUST get tracking to prove that you shipped it otherwise the other person will lie about not receiving it.
Got all of the modern/legacy staples I wanted with no bounties since then. Just waiting for a couple Tsabo's Webs to be sent but most people probably don't have them or don't want to ship them for the price they're at.
Well....I sent the card out at its high point not knowing it spiked to that price overnight. I didn't get a chance to do tracking --- sent it via PWE.
PS - what is the cheapest way/method to get tracking and what type of shipping parcel? Thank you
Cheapest is about $2.54-$2.60 and you have to use a bubble envelope. You can buy them in bulk on amazon.
Actually the bubble envelope isn't required. I pack cards I want tracked in a PWE and take it to one of the kiosks. Instead of trying to send regular mail with tracking, I select the "send package" options, make sure it prints small labels, and get the $2.54 price. If they're nice they'll do this if you take a PWE up to the desk to send (that's how I learned about this), since a really light package with tracking is cheaper than a PWE with tracking for some reason.
