* Mounts are a new creature type with the 'saddle' ability which works like crew except it gives the Mount a bonus. Long overdue;
* Deserts. Of course!
* Outlaws batch Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues and Warlocks;
* Plot exiles a card from your hand that you can cast on a later turn without paying its mana cost;
* Holy cow, a Holy Cow!
3/8 does have only one previous card (Chorus of the Conclave) so it very well might be. In which case I'm looking forward to the clash card! [EDIT: Marvo, Deep Operative !]
Assuming the fake clues are hinted at, I think the fakes are #3 and #12 (Azra and Gravestorm), since they're the only two ones that end in an "!" in the video proper. Two anomalies, two fakes, it fits. Also, other sentences with !s include "post your guesses" and "you got this", hinting to the mystery and its solution. And 3/12 is an as yet unused power/toughness combo...
As an aside, though I do think the Azra is fake, it's technically not impossible to have one in Ravnica due to the omenpaths.

My money's on Extort, given the setting.
Wouldn't that make the color identity at least partially , when none of the decks feature that combination of colors?
I like Disguise least of all because now a face-down card does not represent the same thing - it isn't compatible with the others and must be represented uniquely. I.E. - you must run reminder cards for this so you know which one has ward among your many face-down cards.
Agreed, in a perfect world a face-down card on the battlefield should always be a colorless 2/2 creature IMO, but that genie's been let out of the bottle by Tezzeret, Cruel Machinist and Yedora, Grave Gardener. Personally, I would have gone with keyword counters in this case - and I usually don't like those at all!
(As an aside, I'm not too crazy about nesting keywords within each other either, such as with suspect.)
Not sure I like how descend is like three mechanics at once... Maybe it'll click later.
Ojer Taq and Mycotyrant would make for a nice tag team if they weren't so mana-intensive.
1) A one-mana creature that taps for three mana;
2) A card with both populate and proliferate;
3) Colorshifted version of a popular commander from last Ixalan block;
4) A card with "Whenever you cast a noncreature spell you don't own..."
5) A card named "The Indomitable";
6) A dinosaur with name equal to its creature types;
7) A legend that puts flood counters on permanents;
8) A card that counts devotion to white and black;
9) A legendary Human Fungus Pirate;
10) A card named "Skeleton Crew";
11) A card with "Treasures you control are _____ in addition to their other types";
12) Returning mechanics include coven, persist, proliferate, retrace and partner.
I dunno, all the Selesnyan armor I've seen unmistakably has their tree sigil featured prominently, which is not the case here. What Enkira is wearing seems much closer to me to what the witches wear in Midnight Vow.

Not bad at all!
1/9
2/9
3/9
3/10
6/10
8/10
So 9 or 10 is fake (but not both) and 3 looks unlikely. Assuming a never before seen combo, of course...
Well, it has 'Radiant' in its name... (Feather, Radiant Arbiter)
First deck reveal confirms #11 (Trouble in Pairs), #13 (Hot Pursuit) and possibly #4 (Ransom Note).

Reminder text is often more concise and less formal than rules text would normally be.
