What would you change over-all in the 75 to make this deck more competitive in a diverse meta, where i think cawblade and boros will be the two most popular decks. I have been taking Esper-Blade and NayaShaman and while i enjoy the decks i feel this could be powerful.
I have a tcq coming up this week, and while i have the cards to build anything in the format, I feel that my best option would be Naya Vengevine or the new Epser Tezz-Blade deck that top 8 at Barcelona.
I have not seen or heard anything about the deck after wards, and this could be a good thing, or a very bad thing... What do you guys think about the deck?
Do you think I should run Jaces x2-4 and maindeck Day of Judgment x1?
Those are the changes i could see me making, what do you think?
I currently picked up Naya Vengevine, because I wanted to play a deck that required some thought, and the toolbox aspect is awesome to me.
A few questions about the list i saw, i am not sure when i would board in, or search up certain cards.
I know the obvious ones, but i am not sure when i would rather have a precursor golem, and other stuff.
I am also curious on when sun titan would come in, and what matches i bring the collar package, and what matches i take it out. I know it is redic but it just seems to not be working for me (the collar package).
I am confused on how its infinite. Seems like each pestermite u make would tap to untap only one. Makin infinite tapped mites that die eot? What am I missin
I have to choose between RUG, BUG and Genesis Wave. While i feel genesis wave has been testing the best, everyone is telling me RUG or BUG is the better choice. My meta is aggro-heavy. Tempered Steel, Kuldotha, Boros, but there is also a good bit of UW and Tezz decks. I feel Genesis Wave gives me for of an all around better win percentage.
What do you guys think? Do i really go rug just for Clasm or can i just board in ratchet bombs G2 and be ok?
I do not want to play Black just for bitterblossom. I like green, it fits my playstyle, and awakening zone is just as good imho.
Aside from that, I just really think polymorph could have potential in extended, but i did not play much in alara so i am not sure what cards i get to play with now.
Anything good off the top of your head? would be nice advice! Also, would splashing white for DoJ, Silence, Masters call and stuff be worth it?
i guess my MAIN reason for bringing back in the D-Force was Tezz decks, killing man-lands and the 5/5 artifact creatures from the tezz. I may try and replace my 2 maindeck D-Force for 2 cobras. I am just not sure how i like them, and i run 11 fetches (1 swamp main and 2 memoricide board)
I am running a rug list similar to most on the site, except my win condition is usually either destructive force with a titan or a walker out. (running 2 frost and 4 primeval titan) I like primeval because he survives the D-Force, and ramps me 2 land to i am so far ahead on tempo its rediculous.
My question is, i dropped lotus cobra, and added in 2 cultivate. I am running 3 oracle aswell. The reason for no cobras and only oracle is destructive force kills them anyway, and I dont want to destructive force off of floating lands, or else i wont have any to fall back on (currently i D-Force with 3 lands left after sac). The oracle + jace is so good i couldnt make myself drop it, but if i did id drop the oracles for just 2 more cultivate.
Ok so im rambling, is my assumption right? D-Force RUG doesnt need cobra as much? at all? If not why is it necessary in a D-Force list?
If I have 5 land out and a prismatic omen and I scapeshift into 4vala mountain, am I hittin for 3 x 5 or am I hittin for 15 x 5? Or am I just completely off?
