She seems like a great follow up to Day of Judgment. You Day, they drop the dude they were holding back, you drop Tamiyo to lock it down and suddenly they're the ones under pressure to put something together before she seals up the game. They have to commit more guys to the board just to keep up, which plays into more sweepers (which she can help you draw into). The downside is that she doesn't do much against other control decks until ultimate, especially ones with Consecrated Sphinx. Overall a pretty well balanced card with great art
I can't believe everyone is forgetting the awesome new lands. Tomb or Urami and Oboro, Palace in the Clouds are two of the best lands ever made. And as for the Kirins, I think the black one will prove to be the most powerful (the Void mechanic is sweet).
I leave the box locked in my car if I take it to tournaments. I don't take the power anywhere, I just leave it stored in the box until I take the box somewhere. Don't worry about my cards, I take good card of them
The problem with all those storage boxes is that they are designed to hold decks. I keep my collection separated into junk (kept in a big shoebox) and deck components (kept in the toolbox). I don't really leave decks together, I just keep the components sorted by color and mana cost, and keep 20 of each basic land. Cardboard boxes would work, but they are harder to carry around and I can't put a lock on them. A slightly wider version of what I use would be perfect, but I've yet to find one anywhere. I'm going shopping today, hopefully I'll find something that works.
I'm throwing a clan party celebrating my 100th post! There will be fun and games and debauchery for all!
YOU WILL DIE ALONE.
(not really, but it was funny coming from Triumph )
Anyway, welcome :tongue2:
