answer me.
Anyway, cool deck. however, no llanowar elves in a mono-green ramp? - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
With a 6 drop.
I'd pump it up to a 25 land count.
Thanks :3
Actually, it's very useful against some decks, like my friend's Sedris deck. While we both use graveyard based strategies, his is quicker to access them, meaning that I would benefit the most from it.
Also, there's not a lot to steal from Zombie tribal anyways.
Yosei, the rising sun would be a nice addition.... what are your thoughts? I'm thinking of this because I had an mws deck that based of the loop of Hell's Caretaker and 2 kamigawa dragons...
Yeah I need more Sac outlets... what's a cheap one? I'm hoping to be extremely frugal :3 I'm not good with money.
The mana fixing lands I'll probably run are going to be the newer duals (SOM and M10)
I found a nim deathmantle :3 I'm going to run it.

My friend and I split the Counterpunch deck, and I rearranged all the cards and moved stuff around to even out the power levels in my decks.
I'm new to EDH in real life, and I'm new to EDH online too.
This deck is supposed to use utility creatures to gain lots of card advantage!!!111!! and then sacrifice them to recur them for a (better) effect.
I'm missing A LOT of staples :/
Thoughts?
It'd be nice to have a sticky of links or answers for some of the questions that most newbies ask when they start ._.
BUT THAT'S BESIDE THE POINT
Do we really need another moderator? Blutsau seems to be doing a great job without help anyways.
If I were going to nominate someone, it'd probably be
JOTUN GRUNT EVERYWHERE
I swear, go for these and you shall be able to counter the hell out of tarmogoyf and Knights of Reliquaries.
Don't expect it to last long on field tho.
Darkness? It's cute.
I don't like harrow in this deck.. no ramp targets, and you already have rites of flourishing.
Maybe some prison cards to slow them down? Ghostly prison, Aura of Silence, etc to make them not be able to cast all those cards they draw?
Umezawa's Jitte showed what equipments can do to wreck someone D:
Dragon decks are more worried about just chucking them out as fast as possible, while angel decks can just wait and drop them leisurely
Brittle Effigy is tutorable in any situation tho.
Aether Spellbomb stops people from playing threats because they know you'll just bounce them.
I don't like court homuculus. It's just a cheap bear but it really serves you no purpose. I'd drop it for a trinket mage.
For that matter, what is recumbant bliss and Silence in your deck doing at all?
Pariah isn't worth it. You really only want to enchant your dawn elemental, and there's no real point to having it.
People can play around silence, and silence is really only used in a control build, not an aggro build where you tap out every turn to chuck out threats and removal.
Recumbent bliss is not as good as Oblivion ring because recumbent bliss doesn't get rid of the creature and doesn't take care of anything but creatures.
Your sideline should be in your main deck. Except make Oblivion ring 4 of.
The harbinger allowed me assured lands, and a nice little blocker for the first few turns while I ramped up.
Other than that it looks pretty nice.
