MTG Salvation

I live in Portland, Oregon, a few hours south of Seattle, WotC is located right by Seattle, and most of the artists are in that basic area, as WotC hired primarily local artists when it started out. I wont provide his contact info, since I had to reserch it myself, but I actually asked him to do this for me thru the mail. If you require a card modification, especially on a card the artist you are asking has not done, please ask them first, before sending anything off, and always follow thier guidlines when doing so. Most artists will do 1 or 2 for free, but some do charge, after all, it is thier living and honestly a lot of the modded cards end up on ebay and make 'someone' money at some point. So be respectful in your requests.
