Okay, say that i have a Isochron Scepter in play, imprinted with lightning bolt; in additon to the scepter, I have a djinn Illuminatus. Can i play the lightning bolt off the scepter, and then replicate it?

shock lands won't be reprinted in 10th because that would temporarily put them double in standard (rav and 10th). they would be too easy access. we'll see them in 11th or later.
Along those lines, why would they print the Warhammer at rare when it was still legal at uncommon in Mirrodin?

And truthfully, legends are legends because of complicated/powerful abilities, or are beyond base stats. Isamaru is the most efficient weenie ever. The kird ape is strong, but its requires either a dual, or you to be playing G/R specifically to be powerful. All that Isamaru requires is W... thats it.
I Personally just CANT see any legends at all making it into coreset. Maybe a few simpler multicoloured cards.
Azrael's death was untimely. So was the convenient return of his phasor to him upon that death. I don't know what kind of gambit he was trying to run from day one. Nor do I know how much of what he really believed about "Odo". For all I know he was trying to trap the scum into telling him who it was.
