Because you control the enchantments, you choose which order to stack the triggers. You would want to put the Nether Void on the stack first, then the Dovescape. That way Dovescape resolves first, counters the spell, and makes you some birds. The Nether Void does nothing.
On your opponents turn, you would want to stack them in the opposite order. That way, even if they paid 3, they'd only get birds.
EDIT: LunarStrain is right. I assumed that Dovescape had an "if you do," clause. My apologies.
So we have the intersting removal card and a one sided furnace of rath curse? Not too impressive, but could be alot worse
Eh, the more interesting removal card in the pack was Tragic Slip. So far, par for the course. The curse is alright in casual, but too limited for EDH... I guess the dude is alright for turning on morbid, but its too picky in what it takes.
First off, and this is purely personal, but is a new frame really necessary?
Second, your pie is all mixed up. Blue should not be the color getting two protection auras (Protection from the Evil, Protection from the Church). Protection is mostly white; you may be able to make a case for Protection from the church being black in that i protects against black's enemies.
Pride of the Tribe, the green variant (the same card in different colors? Another bad idea), and the black one are all off-color. Well, the green one has precedent in Gaea's Anthem but anthemsareusuallywhite.
"Whenever you gain or lose life, put that many +1/+1 counters on Kivuiel.." might be cleaner.
The wingstone is iffy, if you don't have other stuff that animates in your set. Also, you might want to put an intervening if in- "Whenever another noncreature permanent becomes a creature, if Cathedral Wingstone isn't a creature, Cathedral Wingstone becomes a 3/3 Angel Construct artifact creature with flying until end of turn." As it is, I'm not sure if having two of these out is a recipe for a draw.
Actually they said that there was a cycle of mythic legends, and that they didn't have room for a mythic werewolf, so there would be a mythic werewolf later. They didn't say it would be a legend.
Oh, and Huntmaster's actually pretty good. Ya'know, it actually sorta negates the deck's biggest weakness.
But hey, if you're getting rid of all your Garruks- why not do something better? Mail them to me, and then I will mail you other torn up cards.
Vulshok Replica has an activated ability (you can tell because its of the form "(cost): (ability)"). To activate an ability, you must pay its full cost (in this case, 1R, and sacrificing Vulshok Replica). Then the ability is placed on the stack.
Note that you can only sacrifice Vulshok Replica once. You couldn't, say, play a Shrapnel Blast sacrificing Vulshok Replica then pay another 1R to deal three damage. Its akin to using the same dollar in 2 vending machines.
No, it would not. A creature dies when its toughness is 0 or less and state-based effects are checked. SBE's are checked before any player gets priority (over-simplified, grabbing a rules quote), but never in the middle of a spell or ability resolving. By the time state-based effects are checked, you'll have drawn your cards.
Quote from Comprehensive Rules »
116.5. Each time a player would get priority, the game first performs all applicable state-based actions
as a single event (see rule 704, ―State-Based Actions‖), then repeats this process until no state-based
actions are performed. Then triggered abilities are put on the stack (see rule 603, ―Handling
Triggered Abilities‖). These steps repeat in order until no further state-based actions are performed
and no abilities trigger. Then the player who would have received priority does so.
...
704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it‘s put into its owner‘s graveyard. Regeneration can‘t
replace this event.
Sorry, meant parasitic for limited. Without heavy tribal, these will be dead cards every time. As for Champion, it was a separate recommendation- the formatting was unclear because I was posting from my phone and just giving quick thoughts. My apologies.
The problem with fusion cards is that they're too parasitic; also, they open you up for a two for one. Perhaps instead you could have Champion a dragon and a spirit, or somesuch?
Nope- Gutter Grime.
EDIT: Nath'd.
Looks kinda meh.

Specifically cast? And barring, say, Future Sight? There's one. Just one. Panglacial Wurm.
There is a lot of stuff that grabs stuff from your deck and puts it into play though, like Green Sun.
