One minor modification I'd make to the rules text:
Each player sacrifices all non-land permanents they control. Shuffle Oblivion and all graveyards into their owner's library.
Uh, what? I've been searching for specific rulings to get my left eye out of my right socket and vice versa, but I definitely cannot see how this could possibly work. Why would adding a +1/+1 counter remove a -1/-1 counter? I agree their effects would cancel out in practice, but that -1/-1 should still be there. Has your play group really allowed this rules exploitation for more than two years, or do I really just not understand what's going on here? If you can point me to the rulings that allow this to work, I'd definitely appreciate it.
Comprehensive Rules 121.3 [2013-11-01]:
"If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it as a state-based action, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it. See rule 704."
Their rarity and secondary market value is not only vital to that business model but its the fundamental concept in the card game genre that Garfield invented.
On that particular note... I'm going to have to call you out. RARITY and PLAYABILITY are what are vital to the business model and are core concepts of the genre. Secondary market value is an unfortunate side-effect of the previous items.
That is likely part of how the original problem of the self-proclaimed "knee-jerk reaction which is the Reserved List" came to be in the first place.

Yeah we mock them up so that they're more easily digestible.
I find it far superior to text for myself as a visual learner. Either way our practice often causes more confusion than anything (though we do say SEVERAL times, all over the site that they're mocks and sometimes NOT 100% confirmed...)
We figure you want to speculate and mull over cards even if they aren't 100% confirmed (as you're doing right now by participating in this thread). Particularly with well thought out cards like this one that could be real either way. Of course there have been misteps that have been taken by everyone.. including this site (Golden Lotus anyone?) but thats bound to happen one or two times out of 100 when you're dealing in rumors and speculation. I think its worth it, personally as I enjoy the speculation.
Either way.. I'm sorry for anyone who was confused. It is not 100% confirmed and that is not the final art.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to watermark your "Mock-Ups" with your site url and "Unconfirmed"?

4.2 release looks good... spent the hour or so required tonight to enter all my Zendikar cards in..... was nuts.... I've got about 2 2/3 unsleeved fatpack boxes worth at this stage.... thankfully I'd already gone through and sorted all of it, which makes it much quicker to enter this information each time.

If you're specifically referring to initial launch, and load of the .tab file, then no it's not just your computer.
