Colt fell silent, then smiled, but he quickly composed himself.
"Hmm. Then we had all better turn back and find our money some other way. Perhaps manual labor. This monster we seek is the Rainbow Girl, the most ruthless bounty hunter in the East. Not to worry, I hear she is as gentle as a kitten to those who surrender peacefully."
Sorry folks, my computer won't turn on anymore for no discernible reason. that's not really an excuse but it's what I've got.
Colt got all tingly when the leader became huge. "Finally, something worth murdering!" he exclaimed. Colt hefted the Heartseeker and gave it some leeway to point directly at the leaders heart, you know, like a Heartseeker does, and ran towards him, using his sticky boots to run up the leades front most leg to gain height if necessary.
Darby followed everyone outside the wreckage, until he saw Lag summon a beast and ride off into the storm. Darby was slightly conflicted. On the one hand, Laghairt has been crazy ever since Darby met him, but that wasn't always a bad thing. On the other hand, Darby enjoyed living and didn't want to stop unnecessarily. With a sigh, Darby drew the Drakeling, split it in two, and tapped the tips of each sword to the toes of his boots, sticking them there. He then stuck his right and left knees to the respective swords so they wouldn't twist in unpredictable ways.
Darby cast Tip to form some climbing claws, and began scaling the outside of the ship as quickly as possible with his makeshift sticky boots.
Colt stepped forward, and sawed away at the ice beams to expand the hole. He also toil a look at the ground, to see what impact the acid was having on the stone.
"I don't think we can afford to go looking for better shelter. In a perilous storm like this one, "Sufficient but creepy" is still sufficient. Let's post a guard to stab the hands, hopefully they die."
Colt gladly took up Jougo on that offer. This business reminded him too much of Lautremont, an affair he had ingested a lot of poison trying to forget.
"Slave owning is frowned upon by the Peacekeepers, I think. Maybe one of these men has a bounty on him. We should collect the heads of some of the well dressed corpses, perhaps we can collect a bounty when we come back."
Darby, also clad in those warm clothes, slid down next. He used the adjustable stickiness of his new sword enchantment to slow his descent by sticking it to the web. Then he really wished he had some way to enhance his senses.
"Nah, I should definitely get something to stop mind fudgery before anything else." he muttered to himself.

"Colorful hair? Would you say it was rainbow colored?"
Colt loots 170 gold, and the Locket of the Cherished.
He surveyed the scene. "Are all these creatures summoned? How can one being maintain so many?"

Colt proceeeds to seperate the heads of the well dressed corpses from their shoulders, starting with the well-bearded one. It was exceptionally messy.
