I have a death's presence in play, and a batterskull in play. I attack with my batterskull. My opponent blocks and kills my batterskull. Do i get to put 4 +1/+1 counters on another creature, or is it none, since the germ is a 0/0?
Additionally, if the batterskull is later attached to a 2/2 creature and the creature gets killed, do get 2 or 6 +1/+1 counters to put on another creature?
If my opponent casts a Pillory of the Sleepless on my Chimeric Mass (turned to creature during his turn), what happens at the end of the turn? does the enchantment fall off because it's no longer a creature? does it stay on and only go into effect while i have it turned into a creature? How does it work?
I have a Thalakos Dreamsower in play. I attack my opponent and the sower deals it's damage, so i tap my opponent's creature.
On my next turn, am I able to attack with the dreamsower again, tap another creature, and then have both of my opponent's creatures not untap at my opponent's untap step?
I was thinking that possibly at the opponent's untap step, both creatures would see the dreamsower as tapped and not be able to untap due to SBAs or something.
I'm guessing no, but i'm not sure exactly how the rules apply and when.
Also, would it make any difference if i had two dreamsowers in play and decided not to untap one, but kept using the other to tap extra creatures?
My playgroup is very casual, so we don't follow current Type 2 Legality when deckbuilding. However, my friend wants to build a T2 Sliver deck to play against another friend's Vintage Sliver deck. In looking at the new M14 Slivers, he noticed that none of them are listed as Type 2 legal. Delving further into this, i looked at the full list of M14 cards and noticed that only a handful are listed as Standard Type 2 legal. I thought that all new sets were automatically considered Standard legal. Can someone please explain this to me? Is it just a database inconsistency/error at magiccards.info?

Clarification, please?
The oracle text reads "return the exiled card...", so i'm looking for clarification.
Thanks!
